Sonic Drive-in

It’s hit or miss with this joint. I normally don’t have serious problems with my order but when we went to this place last Saturday all I wanted was a BLT (normally it’s really good, made well). My husband hates tomatoes and all he asked was NO Tomato on his burger. Well my BLT had NO bacon and my husband had tomato on his burger! The drink I ordered could barely taste the blackberry flavor add in. I don’t know if we will come back here because we never know if we will wait for 30 minutes for food or get our order and it be wrong.

I enjoy going here but I have an issue here. The shakes are good BUT they never have strawberry cheesecake or banana milkshakes. It doesn't matter when I go they are Always out! I've been to here 3 times for shakes but won't be back due to not having supplies, having a rude manager, and the price is too high

This place is literally the worst. You have to ask for extra anything (butterfinger, Reese’s, Oreos) to get them to even put the dust on the ice cream. They even charge you for it and still don’t put it in your ice cream. I guess Dairy Queen will get my business from now on. This is ridiculous. Pay an absorbent amount for ice cream with no candy in it and get charged for extra candy that was not even put in there. This place is a joke and doesn’t deserve any business. (I poured it out of the cup because I was hoping the candy was all at the bottom, but sadly there was nothing.)

I love Sonic Drive In. It is my favorite place to go for breakfast anytime of the day. My favorite thing to order is the breakfast burrito with jalapenos, hash browns, onions, eggs and cheese. They are so big I usually eat half of it at a time. Just the burrito is under $4.00 a very good price. From 2:00 --4:00 is Happy Hours. You get drinks , any size for half price. All the foods they serve are good. The best onion rings I have ever had. It is a great place for a quick stop. Service is fast whether you pull in and order or go to the drive thru. The restroom is located on the side against the building, where you pull up to order. It is in front of the 2nd or 3rd parking space from the back. Very clean and convenient for everyone to use. The employees are wonderful, always a smile, clean and neat. Very nice and helpful to make sure you have what you ordered Have enough napkins and straws, condiment's ( sauce's, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper etc. The Sonic in Jasper, Alabama is the one I go to most. It is located on the left side of the of the 78 HWY to the left of Urgent Care, across from the Winn Dixie. There is a turn lane, so it is convenient to cross from the right lane going East. You can get the app to order ahead and get some special offers. Just give Sonic Drive In a try. I'm sure you will find something you'll go back for. I always give my servers a tip for the quality of the work they do. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Waited 45 minutes for 5 shakes, and was missing one when they were brought out. Told the server, he went back in, came back 10 minutes late and brought back a small item, that wasn't even the correct item, instead of the medium. He then questioned if I was sure I didn't get it to start with. I told him I didn't, he went back in and came out another 15 minutes later. A total of 1 hour and ten minutes for 5 shakes, and by the time I got everything, most of the shakes were melted. This isn't typical, but it's also not that unusual. Very hit or miss, sometimes the service is great, sometimes its awful. 3 stars because of the inconsitency.

The visit was different this time.. I was impressed. My daughters 12th bday she wanted sonic... they took the order faster, thank you Melissa, and we got the food quick as well, and it was hot. But freshness of the food being cooked still needs help.. meaning the burger and chicken sandwhich tasted an hour old..but all in all much better than the 1st visit
