Wonderful modern passenger air terminal that looks great on its own. Abandoned customer service restaurant that once was pleasant to eat at. Appears totally neglected by its hosts Chautauqua County and/or Jamestown Area. Complete disregard suspected by all the elected county, state, and federal politicians. No evident support apparent from areas chamber of commerce or from all business leaders from any local business sector. Shamefully low-grade or almost nonexistent immediate access service roads along unsightly abandoned roadsides. Single noted access road only from Jamestown, headed north via W. Oak Hill Rd alone. Potential passenger access to airport from any other direction is totally disregarded. Directional signage for passenger safety and convenience is sadly lacking or nonexistent from all directions! What a petty to the FAA, and tax payers at all levels! Also, what a disservice disgrace to potential passengers from a 50 mile radius, for the past 30 years!!!

terrible experience unprofessional staff i sat and waited for the flight while I listened to the staff and airport security talk crap about me. they were talking about me and actually pointing at me. they couldn't find my reservation so i had to purchase another ticket last minute. was charged twice then they gave me a HAND WRITTEN boarding pass went to board my connector at another airport and almost couldn't board because of the hand written boarding pass then Jamestown "lost my luggage" they never told me that they do not have a contract with the other airlines to transfer my luggage. i can not contact anyone at Jamestown to find my luggage because it is after hours. can't get any answers from SUNAIR/PACIFIC WINGS only number listed is actually for Pacific Wings and they are telling me it was a Sunair flight. Apparently Sunair's phone # is top secret because they "cannot give it out" i have to wait for them to call me DO NOT FLY OUT OF JAMESTOWN!!!! The service they gave me absolutely sucked!!!!!
