The girls working behind the counter were doing amazing today! They were swamped busy between mobile and in store orders - we’re talking waiting in line for 20 min+ and a 25 min wait for food. I witnessed multiple angry customers. Despite these circumstances, I never saw any of the staff lose their cool. They remained calm, polite, and on top of their game. It was incredible and no easy feat for the average Joe but they were pulling it off! Thank you ladies for everything you do!

This Starbucks always has a terrible line but the coffee is top notch, better than my local Starbucks, and the staff are pleasant and kind. I’m sure they don’t love being at the busiest Starbucks in the city either, so have some grace with the line situation, everyone is doing the best they can, and at the end of the day they will get your coffee right and that’s what matters most.

Extremely busy Starbucks at JFK AIRPORT TERMINAL 5, I have to stay 25 minutes in the line to get a cop off coffee, there are many other coffee shops where you can go and get a good coffee, I like there Vanille Late, they did not put enough Vanilla syrup, I have to add sugar to make my Vanilla Late sweater 😀, just imagine the amount of work pressure poor employees have.

I ordered my coffee on the app and it was instantly ready and delicious. I even asked to speak to the Manager to compliment the phenomenal job she is doing with the little staff that she had. She was super friendly, I think her name was Bekka or something. Highly recommend this location and will be definitely coming here whenever I travel. Hell, I might just come here even if I’m not traveling. Thank you for the awesome service.
