Great lil gem of a place! The owners are the cheesemakers and the sommelier! Great cheeses. We loved the Em and the Hex. Great wine pairing from Oregon. You can sit down and eat your cheeses and uncork a bottle of wine with your pals at the little tables.

Absolutely delicious food! The setting is charming and Nancy and Kyle are professional and fun. We have enjoyed cheese from the shop to take home and dinner in their wine bar , Remedy. Put yourself in Kyle's hands for wine pairing with Nancy's fabulous creations.

Very nice owners. Cute decor. Fresh home made cheeses with a story behind each one. Very nice tastings. We tried t and bought all 5. Worth the stop on the way home from Mt Snow or Stratton for sure. I would go back

THIS is what local flavor is all about by all meanings of the word: style, friendly and enthusiastic local owners, and full-blown delicious cheese made from cows who could walk there. Jacksonville is a lucky place to have such a resource.

Stopped by on our way home, the lady who served us was great! Tasters of all the cheese and all the information we could ask for! We brought cheese, sausages and bread and we can't wait to go back! Super friendly and helpful! We will make sure we will return!
