India was so sweet she was very helpful with my mother's needs making sure restrooms were clean and what we needed we got. Everyone wad very nice and food was hot and not a wait. Clean and comfortable place. 5+ stars!
Food was delicious but be prepared to wait, as usual. Seems like they are always short staffed or always out of Large cups or ranch dressing. Need to do better with supplies and staff. Eat here often (maybe twice a week my older parents love Cap'nDs) & only twice has my food been wrong... the issue
I understand that nobody is perfect but when you're informed that the order was incorrect at the window, they still managed to get it wrong had to call the manager and send my husband back to get the rest of the order

They forgot to give us one of our meals. When my boyfriend went back they just gave him my order that they forgot to put in the bag, and he asked if they could be remade since it got cold and they said no. He also claimed they laughed as he left. When we finally got back home, they had forgotten one
Went today and the food was much better than when I've visited before. I got the grilled tilapia and shrimp with double broccoli as the side, everything was delicious and seasoned to perfection. Good job guys.
I got the wrong order and did not realize until I got home. I ordered grilled shrimp and fish with hush puppies and Mac n cheese . They gave me fish and chicken with fries and broccoli. I am sick and tired of paying for food and not getting what I ordered because the workers are too damn lazy to do
