First thing to know, this location has an extremely anti consumer policy refusing to address missing or incorrect pickup orders once you leave the location. Something no other food business anywhere would ever have the audacity to make a policy. That alone cost them a star in my review.
I ordered a catfish dinner and found the volume of food for the price more than fair. The fish was well cooked and fresh. The fries were subpar and more or less the quality you expect from a fish store. The coleslaw and beans were decent enough and good accompaniment to the meal. The only real complaint is the super blonde finish to the to the breading, which didn't affect flavor but was kind of off putting visually. The hushpuppies had the same issue seeming under cooked visually despite being fully cooked.

If I could give -5 stars... Ordered a super catch and received a special catch. Went back and was told to microwave the cold food when I got home. I myself hate microwaved french fries and fish. Never had an issue here, but I won't go back. Pitiful customer service.

Good sized portions that give you what you paid for, been around forever and well established in the community.
Still in their prime, good catfish and shrimp and nice rustic look you don't find in restaurants anymore.

I agree with other reviews,,I should of read first...before going...food horrible...no flavor.....I thought it be catfish...but not really,,maybe something 🙄 out of a box......our drinks were forgotten...afterwards my husband made us leave with our mess on table......really disappointed...!!! McDonald's would of been better!!!!

Horrible. Worst experience I have ever had the new owner I didn't catch his name was a Indian man talked down to me as well as other customers. I will never be back. He said with no other fish places in town I don't have to be nice or fast. And when I asked for more tartor sauce the owner proceeded to tell me " I know your kind, to wait until the order is paid for free sauce"...no sir I wanted to pay for them I never said I wanted them for free. Then He yelled at a older customer that was in front of me. He also yelled at his lady employee to move over to new register to check her money aka if she was stealing. The girl looked like crying and the cook looked trapped in this job. Please do not patron this establishment. I will drive to tyler to go there until a better customer service comes here. The catfish place in tyler gives you salad bar for free. This just hurts my heart. I can take being bullied or yelled at but others and older and younger. I will not stand for it

Absolutely horrible. Ridiculously expensive for hardly any food, the food was absolutely horrible. HUGE waste of money. Everything was soggy, had no flavor whatsoever and the customer service was AWFUL!! We also had to pull around from the drive through and wait about 20 minutes after already waiting 5-10 minutes at the window. Cold food. Terrible food. I will never come back.

Food is about as good as it used to be before new owners. Annoying that owner sat in corner booth by us and played some show loudly on his phone the whole time we ate. We thought that was rude. Took off a whole star for that.
