The food was good. The service was good. But the place needed cleaning. The bathrooms really needed it and the tables as well. I had breakfast and there was only one other person in there but nobody was cleaning anything. Also I broke two forks trying to eat my biscuits and gravy, might need better
Excellent visit today. I got fresh cooked chicken strips. I appreciated that very much. The staff were also very friendly, and made my day better with their smiles. Thank you for a great dining experience.
Don't waste your time. I don't know about day shift. They are closing at 8 when their hours say later. They are rude. They ignore their speaker and act like its an inconvenience to do anything. They are always out of chicken and curly fries or anything other than regular fries because that requires
Only had part of my order got told they had ran out on rest , not knowing when they'll get it back cause of pandemic. Food has always been as good as you would expect.
Great customer service! Taylor at the drive thru was so kind and fun. There was a little wait but the food was fresh and tasty, well worth it!
I'm guessing all the five-star reviews is from the morning shift because the evening shift is horrible it's like they don't want to be there they don't want to make a paycheck and they don't want to help nobody get any food they didn't even want to put any chicken on and told me there ain't none...
Really hit he spot. Great food and even better value. The gentleman who took my order was a customer service guru. I enjoyed watching how he hoped everyone he encountered. Not sure if he was the manager, if not he should be.
The burger I ordered at the Jacksonville location was cold and had enough mayonnaise to outfit 4 burgers. This was by far the worst burger experience I’ve had in my life. Needless to say, the burger completed an inaugural “last class” trip to the trash can.
