Would be 5 ✨, if they could get my order right. Last 3 times one item was missing from my order, nothing major; gravy, biscuits and dipping sauces. KFC, please take the time to get the orders right.

Chicken had no seasoning.I think they forgot the 11 herbs and spices.

Horrible horrible experience! Management was rude! I wish no stars was an option. I ordered 2 Famous Bowls and what I received was barely more than brown gravy! When I drove back the manager was mad and didnt want to replace it and she had such attitude even the counter worker was apologizing to me. I said forget it cuz I already missed my lunch time and just got a refund. So no lunch and will never go back there again.

I'm leaving this review because of my drive-thru encounters. I eat here once a week for lunch. When coming through the drive thru I always get the same lady and I promise you. CS people like her a rare type. SHE IS AWESOME. I was GM at a Taco Bell and have worked lots of food service and she still takes the cake in best I've ever seen. Five stars for her and for my chicken littles never being undercooked😁🤘
