Arbys is nasty!!!! Found a straw wrapper in my sandwich!! Arbys we have the meat plus a straw wrapper!! Don’t eat at this nasty place!! Called them on thing they said is I’m sorry were closing. You can come in tomorrow for another sandwich! Hell no!! Don’t eat at Jacksonville Arbys!!!!

I like Arby's variety of sandwiches but prices at this locale seemed extremely high for fast food. Folks working behind the counter were friendly and efficient. Could have done without the too-loud rap music inside

The food and service were decent but the professionalism of the staff was nonexistent. Both the managers and the drive thru employee were sitting in the lobby watching videos on their phones. A kitchen employee came out and sat down at the next table and started asking me questions about someone that used to work at the same place I do. I only have an hour for lunch and really don't want to spend it playing 20 questions about someone I don't even know

Very disappointed. They didn't give us dipping sauce even after we asked them if it was in there. Our curly fries were half full and missing an order. Arby's is too pricey for this silliness.

My friend ordered a chicken cheddar ranch sandwich with no tomato’s and a strawberry lemonade, from here today only to get a chicken sandwich that consisted of 2 hard chicken strips, tomato, and lettuce. No sauce or cheese. Also they gave her a plain lemonade. She paid $20 for complete bs.

Leslie, the manager was working drive thru and helped 4 cars as they pulled up. I'm at the counter out wanting to order a cookie. I watched her for at least 7 min and she only helped the drive thru. I finally walked out. That is poor customer service and I wanted something else, but with how she did not acknowledge me, I'm good.Ill take my money elsewhere. You need another job Leslie.

The food was okay; I've had better sandwiches at a different Arby's.
The dining area looked like it was cleaned to the bare minimum; the floor was sticky from whatever they used on it.
A positive there was the friendly staff working there.
