Taco Gringo

We went here on July 12th, July 13th. The first time I ordered a taco salad and it is so big I couldn't finish it . I tried to eat some later and still couldn't finish it . The size and price is nicely priced and plentiful. The next day we went back and got a 12 pack of tacos and I still have 6-7 left for a family of 3 . These are so filling it's hard to finish them . There is a ton of meat and packed full of flavor . In fact there is a bit of spiciness to them . The wait time was maybe 4 minutes and that was with the line backed up. These are tacos are a bit greasy but to be honest my family is preferring these as opposed to taco bell .

I always eat here when I come to town. I think maybe the portions have changed. It used to be a Sancho was this delicious tasty conglomeration of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream. Each bite was a tasty explosion and I remember looking down at the Sancho in my hand and thinking it was so full! Now, it seems, a not as good a mix of flavors. I see all the lettuce at one end of the Sancho, or a lot of extra tortilla. In short, less ingredients. I get it = "the economy,". But I miss that exploding delight flavors. The beans and cheese are particularly good. Beans have a delicious amount of spices. Those chimmi's are out of this world amazing. I can never decide which tastes better so I get two - one of each flavor. Always good service.
