The the smiles are in abundance from the staff and they seem to have a great teamwork atmosphere which is nice to see. Even when having what could another perspective been a rude tone from myself the customer service was at its best and there was such great amount of patience given by the teammembe
This Dunkin location has the nicest staff. I appreciate them especially since other Dunkin’s don’t have the most cordial or friendly employees. I’ll keep coming back to this one!! Best one in Jax, drinks al and taste good too.
Order through the app and paid the same way. Staff was courteous and helpful. Food is standard for dunkin' donuts chain but is tasty and quick when in a pinch.
Consistent turkey sausage egg and cheese bagels 2-3 times a week, not winning awards but a solid choice for consistent food. Staff very friendly.

My online order didn’t go through for some reason. I didn’t get the alert until I was 5 minutes from picking up the order. The gentleman working the drive thru window was extremely nice, understanding, and helpful. He had my order together and me on my way in no time. The donuts are always delicious
