The store was just remodeled and looks really nice! It's traditional subway faire so nothing unexpected. I didn't have any trouble with the staff either.
So my wonderful son had a great experience at this Monument location as he was determined to get my subway after the awful last subway place kept my sandwich when they couldn't take a $20 cash payment. It was fresh and tasty and no employee attitudes except helpful!
Always a nice experience- cleanest Subway in town, polite staff, and great sandwiches.
Good service. Cleaner than most subways. Outdoor eating area. A little light handed on the servings but overall good.
I don't care what anyone says, but the quality of Subway sandwiches has increased drastically in the last year. I got the Subway Club, added bacon, and it was f@#$in delicious. Employees were great and very professional.
Fantastic customer service, the food was even better than five guys and five guys is the ish! There was also this very attentive worker, I think her name was Zoe? Very accommodating to my order of 20 catering platters, very very yummy in my tummy :P

Our artist literally made all our sandwiches look like an advertisement. They were beautiful. Great sense of humor, great people skills. I can see him going far in life.
The staff here is incredible. There was a worker named Zoe who was very patient and made my sandwich very quickly. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a pleasurable sandwich experience. 😁
Restaurant was clean and the lady that built my sandwich was very detailed and made sure she got it just right. Subway has came a long way.
