This is the nicest Firehouse I have been to. It's clean, food was delicious and the ladies that were working that night were friendly and quick with the order.
Went here today. They were slow. Ordered the Turkey Bacon ranch sandwich and made it a combo. Added a chocolate chip cookie and lemonade. My significant other made his own sandwich in there and ordered Doritos and strawberry sprite. They have the coke freestyle machine, but I always try to get Lemon
Hard to beat their Hero Sub. Online ordering is the best. Order, walk in and pick up, out the door. Oh, the Cherry Limeade keeps me coming back.
Don't go during lunch hours. I ordered online and my order was still 20 minutes late. Not anyone's fault just gets super busy during that time.
Went during lunch time. Young ladies were handling the business. I was very impressed. Professional and greeting everyone. Food was hot and fast
When walking in they greeted me and the service was fast especially for being lunch time. The sub was as ordered and delicious.

The employees are friendly. The restaurant is very clean. This was the first Firehouse sub restaurant that had a clean drink station, including the remix (soda) machine.
Good food. Service is poor almost everywhere these days.

I wish that there were something that you could do to improve service, but if you fired every entitled employee with a lazy, negative attitude, you simply couldn’t staff your stores.
It's a Firehouse Subs. Clearly a brand devoted to quality. I've never been to this location, but it does nothing to defy my expectations. Good food made to spec, friendly staff, and a larger dining room than most. Get it, y'all.
Love this place. Always clean. Always nice and courteous employees and always on point with my order.
It took a really long time to get our food, but we WERE NOT disappointed
