Been waiting for the pumpkin spice frosty and it was one of the best pumpkin spice products out there. The nacho cheeseburger was good although the beef patties weren’t straight from the grill even though it was not busy. The burger was good overall, though somewhat chaotic with so many toppings spilling out. Had just the right amount of kick for my taste. The dining looked to be in the middle of renovation but that was OK since it was clean. The counter staff was pleasant and efficient. A good visit.

We ordered a chicken sandwich and received a burger instead. We were already too far away to turn around by the time my son realized it. Also he did not like the new coffee drink.

Went thru drive thru at San Jose location. Wanted a drink but saw strawberry frosty was available so I ordered a half chocolate and half strawberry and it was delicious! I hadn't had a frosty in years.

My family and I just had breakfast at this Wendy's and we had such a nice experience. Tabitha and the rest of her staff were so friendly and helpful, and they made it so our time here was very well spent. Couldn't have been happier with our choice to come to this Wendy's today. Thank you Tabitha and the rest of the staff! 🙂

One star off for giving me wrong sauce twice. Besides that, the servers are pretty good at this location. Ms. Vivian was nice and helpful. Good service from her. There is this good server who is pregnant and works in the weekend. That is admirable.

My husband and I decided to stop by and go through the drive-thru for a burger. When we got to the second window the young man, a light-skinned black gentleman with an afro, NEVER even spoke a word to us, just took my husband's card, never said thank you and no smile whatsoever, very drab. We had to ask for napkins because he put none in the bag and a Wendy's Burger is fabulous but it is wet with condiments. And even after we paid and we're ready to leave he still never said thank you to us at all which made us feel like he could care less that we were there to do business which allows him to have a job. The only great thing about our experience that day was we immediately were able to get up to the second window and the burgers tasted great!

I actually told my husband and son not to join us for lunch. The woman taking my order just could not get it right. She seemed new and very frazzled and the women in the drive through were arguing. It was so unprofessional. There was a supervisor working but she was to busy fighting with a coworker to be caring for the customers. The apples we received expired on Sep 2nd and were brown. There was no ice at the soda machine. It was the first time I have eaten inside. I was extremely disappointed. We were there at 2:45pm on Saturday September 10, 2016.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT IS CLEAR THAT THE EMPLOYEE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY GIVE THE CUSTOMERS.!! NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE MESSED UP AN ORDER, BUT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I GO TO THIS WENDY'S.
