I love Moe's! I catered Moe's for my wedding and we used this location. Jimmy and Steve were amazing every step of the way! The customer service and food were above and beyond what I had hoped for. I would book them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for catering. We also ate lunch here while running wedding errands and the food/service was really good as well!

Great staff, great food and always clean and tidy. Before the pandemic, we had gotten into a habit of eating here for lunch most Saturdays with our family. My wife and I love splitting the Nachos with the chips and queso on the side (so they don't get soggy).
Covid Update 9/20202 - We ate inside the Moe's for the first time since the pandemic and were very impressed. Safety was clearly important and the location had made all the necessary changes one would expect. Food was still awesome.

Today was an interesting experience with this location because I ordered through the app...I didn't walk in and build my homewrecker like i have previously. I mainly decided to order because I had a chance to use a free burrito coupon...so I did. Ordering through the app is fairly simple. There is ONE ISSUE when selecting a drink...you have 2 options. Coke and Diet Coke. You ARE NOT allowed to select Iced Tea or Lemonade or any other choice that they may offer. However...You MIGHT get lucky when you show up to pick up and receive empty cups...so you can select at that point whatever drink you want. Today was NOT the day for that and I was given Coke...and a VERY BEANY*LETTUCE FILLED*NON CHICKEN HAVIN 🌯burrito. I was sooooo disappointed. I cut it open. Half lettuce. Half beans. I have been going to this location for about 5 years...this was my BIRTHDAY BURRITO. YUK. I went back. Talked to 3 ladies...1 was the manager. They gave me a new burrito and a fresh Iced Tea...plus a phone number to call about the app. ;) I 💜 Moes and this location!! 🌯🙌

Hey they remodeled the place. This is good because this place used to be a dump and you wouldn’t catch me dead eating here. But now it’s nice and the food is what you expect.

The managers Isaac and Steve are awesome! The employees are genuinely friendly! I drove from Roosevelt to this location, it’s worth the drive! The quality of service is much better here!

I love Moe's but this location is not so great. The employee's are always nice and that makes up for it somewhat. I ordered pick-up here and got to the restaurant about 20 minutes later and my food was never even started. I was surprised. Usually they are on top of things.

This moes has been here since I was a kid. I’ve recently started going again regularly with a friend of mine. Some days it’s a total mess but when Anita is working she always does her best to keep everything in line. My friend and I both are happier with our service and our meals when she’s working. We are both very picky and Anita never gives us weird looks for our “simple” food choices like we get at other places. She deserves 5 stars all for herself.

everyone did the normal "welcome to moes". ordered what I always get JC with chicken and cheese only, make it a meal and get 2 sides of queso. the girl that made my JC told the next girl I wanted 2 sides of queso. I got to the cashier and checked my bag. I actually got 0 sides of queso. good thing I checked since it was to go and i didn't get home with no queso. the cashier gave me my 2 sides of queso, no charge considering I just used my $11 credit from my app. I got home suuuper excited to eat my food and took a big bite of my JC to be super disgusted my the taste of chicken. I called the store and the told me "it says it's changed on the door." Well I walked in backwards trying to get my stroller in a hurry cause it was raining. sucks to use your credit for queso, chips and a coke. thanks for your stores concern. also all the employees seemed more worried about hanging out in the office and gossiping about their work drama than anything else. y'all need to fix this store and the chicken asap. won't be coming back unless the chicken gets changed back.
I would HIGHLY suggest your employees tell every customer ordering chicken tbat it's changed and to offer a sample so they don't waste their money.

I am currently in training in Glynco, GA, and have no Moe's nearby. On a weekend trip to Jacksonville, I stopped in to get some queso, and to try and get some to bring back. The staff inside went above and beyond, opening a new, cold bag of queso, and a large bag of chips to take back with me (in addition to the food I had ordered!) definitely will be returning to this location the next time I am in Jacksonville!!!
