Checkers Review Placed a pickup order at 5:47 PM 12/3/23. Pickup order was a double Steakhouse Burger w/Loaded Fries and a Small Rootbeer. Arrived at the store at 5:53 PM. I pulled to the pickup window and was told by an employee that they are preparing the order now. The employee was direct but was not rude. Food was given to me at 5:56 PM. I asked for a fork however this was ignored, the employee stated "Alright, that's all of it." I believe the employee didn't hear me. Total wait time from arriving at the store to receiving my food was 2 minutes 17 seconds. Upon opening my food bag, I observed no napkins or forks. The food was lukewarm temperature. After trying the burger and loaded fries, I felt both tasted okay. The loaded fries had too much cheese, causing you to only taste artificial cheese when eating them. The burger tasted okay. However, no specific flavors stuck out. Resulting in the burger being bland but filling.

They were really nice over the phone. They seemed to be the only Checkers that their ice cream machine was not down. I wish I had taken a picture a picture of our beautiful strawberry 🍓 sundaes 🍨 😋

This place has terrible service. The cashier has a terrible attitude, it's like you're bothering her being here. They have a sign up that says mobile order use the left side and drive thru use the right. Well once they take your money you get told to drive around to the other line. If I'd have known it was a 35 minute wait to get 2 hotdogs and fries, I'd have went somewhere else. For what fast food workers want to be paid, they could at least smile when it it's 10 buck for hotdogs and fries and over a half hour wait for it

I went to checkers off Atlantic Blvd. In Jacksonville FL man the service was wonderful and the food was delicious! Thank you guys 🙏 for doing at great job with your service.

Believe it or not I'm really picky and funny about my food but the young kids were very experienced every gorgeous and did their best to make sure the order was correct and perfect to taste They actually did a good job

Checkers is my favorite fast food restaurant. They have the best fries and sweet tea. It looks like they just opened recently. I was a walk-up. It was nice out, so I sat at one of the outdoor tables. Service was quick and with a smile. The burger I ordered was huge. I ordered triple meat. Barely fit in my mouth. It's about a20-minutee driv, bu it's worth it. They were supposed to be building one around the corner from me, but for some reason they sold the property to Chipotle. Will be back.

The double chicken sandwich is excellent. The line usually moves quick and pick up at another window frees up the drive thru

Ordered big chicken delux Was told they were out upon arrival at window, asked what I wanted to substitute for, then was told no to my suggestion and their suggestion was not worthy in my opinion. After getting home from there I found out that they had shorted me three large fries was too frustrated at this point to bother going back.

Went up here and they gave me half of my order . I got home and realized my food was missing and had to come all the way back up to checkers just to deal with a attitude for something they did !!!! It’s always a problem here . Please hire someone more deserving with less of an attitude .

we should have checked food before we left, partly our fault. When we got home, my husband's chicken sandwich was burnt and he said it tasted spoiled, and fish sandwich was also burnt, hard as a rock. My burger was OK, (not expecting anything great for Fast Food). Soda was flat. Only thing that was decent was ice cream cone. Will not go back. blahhhhh.

I do visit this location frequently as it is the closest fast food restaurant near my house. Today I ordered bacon cheese champ and the bun is burnt. The bun makes the whole thing taste like crap. Don't want to call to complain cause I've complained annoy their crappy food to many times. They don't change. All they care about it getting people to do the survey with 5 stars. Once I went there and when they messed my food up I told them I always do the survey's and the then tried to make me happy.
