Upon walking in: inviting atmosphere, the staff were pleasant and it was slow. I sat anywhere. Ordering was easy. Menus were great and simple to understand.
The soup base, miso, along with the pork ramen is what I ordered. The broth was decent , but there was one ingredient I kept tasting, overpowering. The portion felt a bit small. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Great food and excellent customer service. This restaurant is one of the best to serve Bento boxes with a combination of a Japanese Strawberry soda imported directly from Japan. If you are in Jacksonville and wondering where to find a good place to dine-in or take out, don’t go further.. You found the place right here in Beach boulevard. Enjoy!!

Fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, great service, reasonable prices. Everything you can ask for in a restaurant. I found this place by accident about 3 months ago and tried the sushi for lunch, it was very, very good. I have returned twice ( another lunch and dinner with family) and it continues to impress me. With family we were able to try a variety of plates, more sushi of course, the shrimp tempura plate and general tso chicken was spectacular. Can't wait to go back.

Tokyo Ramen has always set the bar for ramen here. I've been to so many places in search of a place to dethrone them. Kimbe was on par with Tokyo. Maybe even a little better. Tons of flavor. Large serving. Delightful staff. Clean restaurant. I'll be back

Great sushi! The green dragon roll was by far our favorite roll. Got 2 specialty rolls, one regular roll, kani salad and a seaweed salad. Was about $50 so not bad! Cute little spot

I would recommend Kimbe Bistro for all types of Asian Dishes. Wonderful family owned business. Wonderful Ramen , Sushi offerings, Asian dishes with a Kimbe Bistro's fusion style. We have ordered every type of dish from Salads to cook to order. The Kimbe Ramen is the best Asian type of soup I have ever had, I order quite often and very consistent. The family owned business of wonderful people that offer a very warm welcoming.
The spicy dishes are my favorites, my one daughter is a vegan they make her wonderful dishes. Enjoy, their menu has plenty to offer for everyone.

We stopped in for early dinner and asked to be seated at the sushi bar. As we were taking in all the delicious-sounding choices (Sushi, Ramen, Bento boxes, Thai), the sushi chef offered to help if we had questions. We settled on Trio Tartare for our app, which was chunks of the freshest tuna and salmon in a flavorful sauce with fresh sliced avocado on the top! Wonderful! For entrees we each ordered a specialty roll (Mt Fuji and Sakura) and shared…beautiful and delicious! Staff was friendly and food came out promptly. Can’t wait to go back, even though it’s not the closest sushi place to my home!
