Re-evaluate please. I went in for two large subs (no combo) and it was $17.xx. i understand it is not prepackaged precut meat but 2 large subs (no combo) i would hope to be under $15

the taste of the sandwiches were great. my only flaw was i got ALOT of lettuce on my sandwich. it seemed to be a waste. i scrapped half off, and another 1/4 fell off and i still felt like there was too much. this might not be stanard practice for FH but my sandwich guy did it on both our subs.

i am willing to give them a try cause they are better than the alternative but i feel a little attention to detail could have made this a great visit.

Went for a weekday pickup lunch. Since it was before noon the place only had one customer. We were able to order right away. The cashier was not mean or surly at all, just seemed weary already. Anyways, our order was prepared correctly and the subs assembled thoughtfully and properly, which is important because I don’t care for it when my food order is slapped together haphazardly. They did not skimp on the ingredients and the produce was fine. Although we didn’t eat in the dining room was clean and it looked like the drink station was kept up. Overall we had a good experience.

Great location, clean and spacious dining area. Customer service was excellent. Employees are welcoming and professional. Shoutout goes to Scott who helped me with my “Name Of The Day” order today and ensured that I had a pleasant and good dining experience. Food and beverage we’re great tasting at this location.

Good experience. Second time at Firehouse Subs and the taste is really good. The place was clean and the menu was so easy to understand. The only little thing that bothered me a little was the time to prepare the food. The place was not crowded at all and it took a good 20min for me to receive two subs. I'm still giving 5 stars as the service was really good. I also like the fact that eating here, I help a little bit the people that help us all everyday 😍

I had the Italian sub and my husband had the Engineer and I think his was better! Just by a little bit, though. Firehouse subs is really good! And it’s cool that they are always raising money for charity. Super cool of them. This particular facility is clean and the staff is very good. We had a delicious meal served pretty quickly. 🙂👍🏻

Berdeal was absolutely amazing. When I ordered my gluten free sandwich, he immediately asked if it was preference or allergy. I made him aware ofy allergy and he made sure to inform the associates to clean and try as much as possible to avoid my food getting contaminated with gluten. His compassionate nature was exactly what I needed. I know there's always a risk with trying to be gluten free, but with the extra precautions, it was outstanding customer service! I love my engineer fully involved. Thank you!

I come here once or twice a week to get a large or medium New York steamer sub. The customer service is excellent. Shout out to Roman and Shelby Like pls Firehouse Give those two people a raise cause they deserve it.
