Not the quality of the place it's the quality of the service. The manager was friendly and greeted us as we came in. Service with a smile. The food was hot and fresh. They did not take forever to get me my food. Looks like the change the fries which was something new to me.restrooms needed some work but the restaurant was clean

These places are seeming harder to come by around town. Stopped in for lunch for a lot of folks. The staff working drive thru were very friendly and made sure that we had everything for a large order. Food was good as well and made right. Would definitely eat again from here

We just went through drive thru and sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes and pulled up to the window and got no respond, saw someone inside but they didn't come over to help us so we pulled back around to the speaker and still nothing
We ended up leaving and three other cars left with no service also. BAD BUSINESS

Quick service at the drive through window! The food was ready in minutes and the donut hole dessert was made fresh. The staff was professional and the food was packaged with care. A bag of a dozen Cheese Krystals, Chili Cheese Pups, and the dessert was just what the family needed for a quick lunch. Thank you.

Floors are so greasy throughout you slide around. I've been in more than a few times and it has been like this. So if you are going inside be careful!

We haven't eaten Krystal's in over half a year and it was so good. The two ladies that took our order were very patient and nice. They even brought it to our table and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will be back soon.

The staff was pretty awesome! The burger I ordered was really good. However! The chicken wasn't bad, just wasn't fully cooked. When I took a bite, it was still raw in the middle.
But, the sad part was, they were closing by the time I took the bite and turned around to get more. So, I pretty much wasted my money by throwing them out the window.
So, my advice is to have them sample each batch they're serving folks after hours.
