Hit or miss on customer service depending on the staff that day. Dave's burgers are always on point always good if you're starving I'd personally get Dave's triple but you do you!

I don’t normally write reviews, however after my recent visit I felt compelled to rave about the excellent customer I received. These days good customer service is hard to come by, this visit was different. I didn’t feel rushed, everyone was kind and my food was fresh!

I don't eat fast food too often, and I do understand why. However, the service was great here, and the food was average. Unfortunately, just like everything in life at the current time, quality is going down, size is getting smaller, but prices continue to increase.

It's usually great no ketchup and only mayo dang sure made my burger taste funny. Couldn't eat it. But I eat here often and it's always good.. Hard to understand how a restaurant runs out of ketchup

Went there after a Day Of Fishing. Food was fresh. The drive-thru a bit slow but the food was good.

Not all Wendy's are the same, and almost none will serve you a meal resembling the advertising images we see. This one comes close.
Bun was perfect, patty was plumpt, produce flawless.

This is the only Wendy's I'll even still go to. I had wrote Wendy's off for poor customer service in general around 2 years ago. Ended up stopping by this one by my job around a year ago, and EVERY time I've been here it's been EXCEPTIONAL service. QUICK, POLITE, and my order has been perfectly CORRECT EVERY single time!!
I'm glad this is the Wendy's by my job, I got lucky! Even when they have a line a mile long, they work through the line effectively and so fast. I'm likely to get my food faster here when they have 25 cars than I am from McDonald's when they only have 2 cars 😅
EDIT: the last few weeks they quit doing frosty-cinos in the morning, which has been a huge bummer since it's certainly a morning drink. Gotta remove a star 🥺
