I don’t get around to Tijuana Flats as often as I used to but it’s still a great place to grab a burrito, tacos or a quesadilla. Don’t miss out on their chips and queso either.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, the people make all the difference here. The manager came over and personally asked me and other diners if we were enjoying our experience. This place is legit. Came here for taco Tuesday and they were amazing. The food was amazing and the prices are very reasonable. I love the hot sauce set up with so many varieties. The place was crowded but Justin was hustling really hard and was particularly helpful.
Staff is very accomodating. We came with our pup on a thursday night and before we even sat down the manager was already bringing out a bowl of water for our guy. Service was great. Food was hot and delicious!

Placed an order online that I thought was delivery, but it was pick up. So the food sat for 30 minutes. The manager offered to remake the food so it was hot. Top notch customer service.

The San Jose location is pretty sweet. Right now it has a steady customer base keeping the food fresh and the service mellow. The front of house staff is very friendly and attentive. As a long time customer of T-Flatts I do feel the location does a good job capturing the right decorum and atmosphere
Excellent food. Hot sauce bar was stocked. Food was fresh. Clean restaurant with friendly and helpful employees.
