Food not fresh. Its not the first time I experienced it from here
either. I gave them a second chance with a new burger they were advertising all over the building. I was Thinking to my self. It has to be fresh right. NOT..The sandwich only had 1 fried pickle. Meat was old. Cheese all over the top of the bun. It would of been good if made right. Ill continue to bypass this Wendy's they haven't changed.

Ordered through the app for pickup and still had to wait nearly 20-25 minutes in the drive thru. Was given my drinks and frostys (which all they had was chocolate) then had to wait about 5 minutes just to get my food and by that time, the frostys were basically chocolate milk. Go to eat a few fries, those were cold. Grab my burger, they mixed up mine and my sons burgers and both were cold. Also go the pub fries, SURPRISE!!! They were cold as well and who the hell just lays two strips of bacon on top when it’s supposed to be crumbled?
Slow, cold food that is supposed to be hot, drinks and ice cream that are warm but supposed to be cold/frozen.
And to top it all off, you can barely hear the person over the speaker box and when you can finally hear them enough to answer them, they get an attitude with you.

Wendy’s is generally one of my top fast-food joints, and this location doesn’t disappoint. Great Dave’s Triple and fries. Nice fresh modern looking restaurant. Fast service and good location.

Wendy's staff has been friendly and quick to help. They have a good diversity of food, burgers, chicken sandwiches, nuggets, chili, baked potatoes, and salads. The new crispier fries are a huge improvement. Inside, there are a lot of good areas to sit, depending who you're with.

The burger was assembled fresh but the bun was cold and felt dried out/old and the burger was hard around the edges like it had been sitting on the grill for a long time. The burger was also not seasoned and had very little flavor.

Just had a delicious lunch at Wendy's today. Fast service and very nice employees. And the French fries were fresh and hot!

I got a four for four and they forgot my fries 🍟 how do you forget fries there a common thing. I’ll give them two stars⭐️ because Wendy’s is still really good but still. 😡
