This Tropical Smoothie locations is one of the better ones.The Cafe is clean and has a lot of natural light. You can dine in or out on the open patio.. The staff was also friendly and quick to prepare our order.
We ordered an Avacolada smoothie, a pineapple mango smoothie, a avocado grilled cheese, and a turkey club. Everything was made fresh and tasted delicious! They also have a nice little chip corner and area where the do to go orders that you can place online and pop in to pick up.

WE haven't been customer's for very long but have enjoyed every time we have been there. The smoothies are great ~ I was a little surprised at the calorie count when I looked that up ~ but now that I know which ones pack the caloric punch I know what is best for me to order. The service has always been prompt and pleasant. The staff is friendly and appear to be enjoying what they are doing.

Awesome... Absolutely Awesome!!! I had the Chipotle Chicken Flat bread combo with the Detox Island Smoothie. I enjoyed it all. The entire team worked well together to get my order out to me. It was a little busy, but still I was served quickly. An excellent experience!

I love The smoothies here! Although they are a little expensive it is well worth the money. The food is great too but the portions are small. Some of the younger staff can be unprofessional yelling at each other and ignoring the customers. But overall I like the atmosphere very relaxed. My favorite smoothie is the green apple matcha!

I have been in this location with my kids. The last 3 times we walked in there is smelt like dirty mop water. I have addressed it with the manager in the past and it has done no good. The service is terribly slow and they can never get my Strawberry Lime correct. It is like licking straight lime.
Today I went in at 3:15 and it was pretty busy. As usually I got my food and was able to finish it before I got my smoothie. I grabbed my smoothie and left. First thing I noticed was it was not filled all the way up. There was about 2 inches of space at the top. When I took a sip of it i was like what the heck is that. It tastes like the fruit was bad and had a moldy taste. Could not even drink it and I threw it out. I didn't even walk back in because I'm so over this location I will never be back.
UPDATE: Thank you to the owner John for reaching out to me after the first review. He listened to my concerns and had addressed them. He invited us back and took care of us. He also showed us some of the changes he had already implemented. Thank you for being a business owner that cares about his community and What we have to say. We will be back again.

I’ve been going to this location for almost 4 years and I have nothing but great things to say, their staff is amazing and very courteous. Quick story, My kids and I just went there and as we got our smoothies my clumsy daughter dropped hers, Scarlett not only did she cleaned the mess my daughter made but she was nice enough to make her another smoothie! She was very professional, kind, and just amazing over all! I am very pleased with the service they provide here! Thank you tropical smoothie! ���

Will never return to this location. The fish tacos had barely any fish in them, and I was told that's just the recipe they have to go by. I've had the same tacos at the one at the Middleburg location, where we have always had excellent experiences, and always had plentiful amounts of fish in our tacos.

This may be the worst tropical smoothie in town. Walk in the store is hot, there are about 5-6 teenagers/young adults working they are cursing about something amongst themselves with customers in the restaurant. Then they ran out of lids one of the guys walks to get more comes back with 5 lids. No urgency or customer service.

The smoothies are never made correctly. I live close to Oakleaf, but I always drive to the Tropical Smoothie in San Marco. The Assistant Manager at the time was rude. I will never go back to Oakleaf.
