Pollo Tropical - Jacksonville - Photo album

My wife and I really like going to Pollo tropical for a quick meal. They food is usually freshly prepared and the prices are great. They also have a pretty good variety on their menu, and often have new seasonal items. Although it is fast food, it's "somewhat" healthy if you decide to go with the ro
We love eating here! The chicken is delicious, and we love Caribbean style food. Easy to make healthy food choices and get gluten free options. New business model allows for even faster food options while still maintaining quality. Clean restaurant and friendly staff.
I absolutely love this place! Chicken is great! And the sides are all good! They have a great deal right now buy a $25 and get $5 free!
Great food. Even has mac n cheese for my little girl. And they cater business lunches? Wow, gave me a great idea.
Today was my first time ever going to Pollo Tropical. The food there was amazing. It was absolutely delicious and fresh. The employees were very friendly. I also so spoke with the manager and the way that she spoke and handled my order was very professional. I will definitely be coming back soon.
The food always tastes fresh. And the staff are all professional customer service people. I love eating their food. And the location is great one because there isn’t any competitor around. I’m happy to have a Pollo Tropical nearby as I enjoy eating Caribbean meals.
Food is very fresh, excellent manager, Pedro. He always finds time to ask his customers if the food is good. Very polite and nice The salsas are the best and the chicken is always hot and tasty. The rice and beans are awesome. I recommend the Chicken wraps because they are very good, and the salsa t
I ordered & picked up lunch here today. It was so delicious! I had the tropi-chop with pulled pork, yellow rice with veggies plus bell pepper, black beans, corn & tomatoes. My order was ready so fast, too! Good job!
Delicious! Place has really picked back up. Miss the green beans, but I'd rather not have any, than have bad ones. We split the ½ chicken platter w/cornbread, rice&beans and added the sweet plantains. Spend $12 ($6/person) at any other fast food and you'll still be hungry.
We had not eaten here in a couple years, and we wanted to find a different taste from Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, BBQ, etc., and etc. I remember the place on San Jose Blvd, and not much of a drive from the westside. We didn't stop going there because of the food, but simply so many new restaurants pop
I would have given 5 stars to this location but I didn't because the wait can be long. However, the order is almost always correct and the food is worth the wait. I enjoy coming here about once a week with the family. We always have enough for leftovers and all of the kids like eating here!
