Ty got us a great table and Kathie Lee took care of this for the rest the night, she did a awesome job. my husband steak was cooked perfect. I loved my seafood tower and the fresh onion loaf of bread. I WOULD RECOMMEND

My wife and I had a night out to celebrate her birthday and it was great. The absolute best experience weโ€™ve had from a 5 star restaurant. The staff was knowledgeable, the food was amazing, and our waiter was the best and he accommodated us very well. The entire night was an awesome experience.

Absolute BEST meal Iโ€™ve EVER had in my entire life! The waiters and waitresses were beyond sweet, the chef was incredible and kind, his cooking was second to none! Iโ€™ve been around the world and eaten a lot of steaks and delicious meals, I can honestly say this is up there with THE BEST Iโ€™ve ever had, if not the BEST!! You absolutely MUST come here while in Jacksonville!!!!! Cory, Cody, Ross, Kathy, Jen, Kay, the BEST crew and team ever! They have it all going for them!

Atmosphere was great, service was very good. Food was very well made with the exception of some of the asparagus was not Prepared crackley, they were not broken off at the bottoms in the correct places. Therefore, they were On Cheweble But that was about it. I do recommend this place for special occasions.

On my anniversary we decided to go to Morton's. It was the best decision we could have made. The environment gives off a kind of energy and vibe that makes you want to come back. My waiter was very professional and answered any questions I had about the menu with ease. The food is honestly the best I have ever had, everything tasted beyond amazing. If your reading this and haven't been to Morton's, I highly recommend them. You will not regret it. Thank you everyone at Morton's.

It was Mother's Day for me. My host was superb, my daughters and I had the best seats in the room. The staff was kind, professional and knowledgeable. The food was outstanding, the beverage recommendation was top notch for the occasion. The menu was just enough, easy to read and choose from. The facility was very clean, restrooms well kept, the manager was overwhelmingly gracious and their overall hospitality exceeded my expectations. The river view was perfect cost matches the quality. Still my favorite restaurant by far.

This was our first time dining at Morton's. "Lew" Lewis was our server. We liked him. The blackberry mojito was delicious! We decided to try the Thanksgiving special. Great choice! The pumpkin spice cheesecake was OMG! ๐Ÿ˜‹ Everything was delicious! Great price. Most of the other staff were friendly.

While staying at the Hyatt on the River, I decided to take myself to dinner. I was concerned about not having a reservation, but I was welcomed and seated outside with the beautiful sunshine. Thankful for quality me-time with quality service from Jonathan. Everything was pleasurable. I'll definitely come back again.

Tried eating here after a Jaguars game and couldn't get a seat so I went next next door to Shor for dinner instead but did stop back over to Morton's for an after dinner drink. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great. I'd definitely try to give this place another shot at dinner if I were to visit the Jacksonville area again.

My steak (Cajun ribeye) was seasoned perfectly, and quite delicious. In fact, I would say all the food tasted great, good cocktails too. The only con I will mention is both myself and others who ordered our steaks medium rare, the steaks were undercooked and quite rare. It made chewing the steak a little laborious and if there weren't toppings, probably should have gone back for a little more time on the grill / griddle, although I'm not fully comfortable sending food back in these instances. I'll simply say, if you are sensitive to an undercooked steak, you may want to order yours medium. The flavor was really on point, and great service.

Went to Mortonโ€™s this evening to celebrate a friendโ€™s birthday. Sat at a nice table with bday menus. We were a little nervous being in an almost empty restaurant at 6:45pm. Ordered bone in ribeye (medium rare), filet (medium), seafood platter, and a NY strip (medium). Bone in ribeye had no bone, cooked medium well. NY strip cooked well done, filet mignon came medium rare, and the seafood was cold and dry. One bite of steaks we did try were cold. Sides came after entrees- cold. Sent steaks back to redo, 30 min later we get wrong cuts of beef, cold. Terrible service, terrible food. We left after declining to wait for a third round of food to be redone. Couldnโ€™t believe this was really a Mortonโ€™s steakhouse knowing the phenomenal experience weโ€™ve had in other cities. From the waitress to the manager, to the kitchen staff leaving shrimp cocktail unattended for over 20 minutes- this place is ridiculous. Save your money and go to Ruthโ€™s Chris or Capital Grille.

Boy, talk about a Valentine's dinner fail! We went to Morton's at the Hyatt. The Bloody Marys were awful and we had to ask for extra mix to add in. Several times. The escargot had barely any butter/juices in the cup. (Couldn't compare to Orsay's with the mushrooms and juices that you can sop up with your bread.) The lobster bisque had one tiny lump of lobster. (Couldn't compare to the fantastic lobster bisque at Capital Grille.) Then I went to the patio to have a cigarette, sat down and there was a puddle on the seat. My back-end was actually dripping. The couple at the next table informed us his girlfriend also sat in the same puddle. The waiter asked if I wanted an ashtray, and I said I would prefer some towels. Upon further inspection, every "sofa" seat was wet (not just from condensation.) Only 2 couples on the patio, so it wasn't like the waiter was slammed and wasn't aware of what was happening. I went inside to get the manager and show it to him. When he touched it, it splashed! He apologized. Get back to our table for dinner, filet and lobster tail, and the filet is way over done; no meat juices at all. And they forgot the au gratin potatoes. And my friend's crab cakes were dry and had no seasoning or flavor. And her husband's pork chop was gray and dry. Called the manager over again. I told him to take my food, that I would go to Krystal for dinner. Which I did. And it was better. Even though they comped all our meals, I wouldn't go back to Morton's if you paid me. Orsay and Capital Grille will get all our business now. I don't mind paying big bucks for a great meal, but I'll be damned if I will pay anything for a crappy meal. And I don't want a meal so bad that the entire table is comped. Especially on a special day like Valentine's Day. Well, at least we were with people we love.

It was my first time eating at Mortons. I didn't like that it was attached to a hotel for starters. I also made a reservation and looked up dress recommended and, neither of those mattered because it is attached to a hotel. Also, if you're going to be on the water, at least choose a spot with a view. The lobster macaroni was definitely worth the money but, my grill meal that I got was definitely not. The bacon wrapped scallops were burnt. My fiancรฉ also ordered some drinks and holy cow!. At $16 each is absolutely ridiculous. At the end of the night I left hungry and, it was not worth the money that we spent at all what so ever. I won't be coming back.

The lobster was excelent, hubby steak overcooked, they did fix pretty fast. Biggest complaint, love lemon drop martinis, there's tasted like lemon juice concentrate had to send it back. Ordered appletini was weak, glass only half full and it was 17.00! In my experience good restaurants make good drinks, they need a new bartender!

We had reservations we were early and we still got seated just fine minus the 5 minute wait for a host/hostess. The reason we went was for my boyfriends belated birthday dinner. Food and service was amazing, except we didnโ€™t see our waitress for awhile towards the end of our meal. We dressed up per the restaurants dress code, but we saw people entering the dining room in ripped jeans and t-shirts just to name a few. Other than the dress code it was a great experience and an awesome date night!

Having dined before at the Coral Gables location I gave the Jacksonville location a try. I ordered the lobster bisque, Iโ€™ve had much better and the lobster in the cocktail was over cooked. For our main course the porterhouse was excellent however my glazed salmon was not - in all honesty Iโ€™ve had better salmon at Longhorn. So the 3 stars is for the porterhouse, mash, cream spinach and bread. Never again

The Wagyu steak was delicious and juicy. Ordered medium rare. Buttery and yummy. The fish tacos as an appetizer was filled with fish, some avocado on the side and fresh seaweed. Overall the app wasnโ€™t filling but yummy. Presentation was present so kudos on that. As for drinks, Presecco one of my favorites was spectacular. The drink Aviation was also rather tasty (gin mixture). The only negative I would say was the dessert for two reasons the wait time and outside of the cake. We ordered the baked chocolate cake with fudge inside, comes with ice cream. The outside is a little dry but once you hit the fudge it taste 100% Better. Overall, our experience was a great one. Our server was polite, courteous, full of knowledge and took the plates promptly from the table. Parking stinks at the Jacksonville location so be prepared. Valet parking is available however the hotel seemed to take the parking locations available and there is current construction hindering the waterfront view. Outside seating looks beautiful.

Not our first time at a Mortonโ€™s and never disappointing. Porterhouse was perfect as was the rack of lamb. Our server, Chad, made the experience even more enjoyable. Only wish we had more room for dessert.

Service not good, very long wait for food after reservation. Prices to high for the time and service. I have had better. Just not a good birthday dinner. Savanna the waitress was much better than the Manager James. He was heartless. He had a very defensive attitude and it really was more about the service not the price. I eat fine dining all the time. He was horrible. The sad truth is i was waiting for this all week. I will never eat here. I will continue to dine with Others and be sure to tell friends about this horrible experience!! I waited a very long time for nothing.

My Husband took me to Mortonโ€™s for Valentines Day. It was such a wonderful time! From the service to the food and the ambience, everything was just great!! Their Lobster Mac-N-Cheese is to die for!! My Husband absolutely loved his Cajun Ribeye which was cooked perfectly to his liking. I have dined at Morton's steakhouse in Biloxi Mississippi numerous times, always a wonderful experience. We decided to try Morton's in Jacksonville Florida due to our great dining experience at the Biloxi location. First, our waiter provided outstanding service. Wife and I ordered steak, lobster and sides. Lobster and sides were great. Our steak arrived, first time, mine was undercooked, my wife's was overcooked; with a definite black char. We ordered our steak medium as always. Sent it back to kitchen. Steak was delivered by either kitchen manager or restaurant manager. I cut into steak, bright red inside. Undercooked. The gentleman looked at me like " is it good?" My response, " when I pay this much for a steak, I want it cooked as I want." Manager offered to cook another steak...we declined..I don't want my main course after I have finished my lobster and sides. The managers response to me, " I will remove the steak from your bill".

My husband and I spent our 3rd wedding anniversary here last night and it was phenomenal. The setup on the table with the rose and "happy Anniversary" on our menus was the perfect touch. Jeff was our waiter and he did an incredible job, will absolutely request him on our next visit. Our meals were cooked perfectly, drinks were delicious, & the dessert hit the spot. During our visit we sat in the bar area. We waited a good 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered. There were no menus ever brought to our table and had to go up to the hostess stand to get menus. The food was good, but it took awhile to get it brought to our table. It was not a great first impression to a restaurant that Iโ€™ve been wanting to try for some time now.
