Out for the weekend in Jacksonville and we decided to come to Red Lobster.
It was early afternoon so there were just the two of us and a couple CB of other people.
Staff were very welcoming and even said they were happy we chose Red Lobster to dine! 😊nobody says that!

Ms. Gwen was a very cordial hostess. Our server, Ms. Marie was very pleasant and Ms. Tracy was very polite.
I think it should be noted that there was a shortage of servers and these ladies worked hard to ensure that we all were seated and served as quickly as possible. I appreciate the extra effort
We recently visited for a late lunch on a gray drizzly day. We were seated right away. Service seemed a bit slow at first but the manager (we think she was since she had the blue shirt) took our drink orders. During time we were there we got the impression people had called off and they were short

Everything was amazing. We first went to the one on regency . After standing for more than a comfortable amount of time. And not even being acknowledged as we were waiting for a hostess. No one came to help us
Went to bayfields and was immediately seated treated. Graciously our waitress was amazing.
Always a nice dining experience. This time it took quite a while get our food for a pace that was hardly busy. I got the Sirloin & Shrimp and she got NY Strip. As always, the biscuits are top notch!! The BEST. Our waiter was very nice. Food came out hot and everything tasted good.
Item: Grilled Lobster Shrimp Salmon is tasty. Classic lobster is not much, biscuits are awesome.

Great location for sit-down lunch. We never have bad service and leave happy every time. I go for the chicken due to allergies and have never had a cross-contamination issue or incorrect entrée ingredients.
Everything was so good. Despite all the garlic on my crab.

My partner & I ate here last night for the Tuesday crab leg special, and we received great service from the bartender/server Deja. The food came out really good, we recommend the calamari.
Food quality and service are hot or miss. When it's good, it's good. Cheddar Bay biscuits, stuffed mushrooms and Cajun chicken are my favorite menu items.
