Anytime I come across a PDQ I make it a point to stop. This location was clean, fresh, and fast. I love their crispy chicken sandwich and creamy garlic dipping sauce! The waffle fries are far better than Chick-fil-A. They have a delightful crunch with every bite. If you haven’t been before stop and give it a try.

Fast service and great food. Only reason not 5 stars is that the group said the chicken could be more flavorful. Seems to be modeled after Chick-fil-A and I honestly prefer these fries over Chick-fil-A fries. I got the salad with crispy chicken. Everything everyone got was good, The freestyle machine is always a favorite in my group but they said the mix with a little bit off on it. We would come again.

Our experiences at this location has always been top notch. It is clean and the condiment/drink station is kept up. The staff is polite, accommodating and efficient. The food is always good and hot with ample portions, enough to take home for a snack later. Overall this PDQ gets the highest rating offered.

This PDQ location always impresses me. It is so nice to walk in to a clean, inviting restaurant. The staff is friendly and the food is always great. The chicken tenders are amazing. I really appreciate the extra effort that the manager and staff put forth to make sure you have a great experience.

The shakes were amazing. I got the chocolate peanut butter. Yum😊 The fries were good. The crispy chicken sandwich was very tasty. I love the fact they have a variety of sauces to add to your meal too. My only negative was the restrooms were not the cleanest.

Everyone who works here are always so friendly. I love visiting family in Mandarin so I can go to PDQ. I live in Georgia and they closed ours down so we eat so much PDQ each visit. Love they have outdoor dining for my spoiled Yorkie for when we dine in.

Very very good experience at this location. I forgot the staff members name but he was very attentive and ensured we had a good experience. Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated for Halloween also! Food is great!

Haven't had a more tender and juicy chicken strip in my life. Everything from waffle fries, to chicken, to the peanut butter milkshake was top notch flavor. Their signature sauce is definitely something to mention too. Will be coming back often over other chicken spots.
Edit: This location has an outdoor seating area with plenty of space between tables. Also had a hand washing station placed outside the bathrooms, which I've never seen before.

Ethan, Ethan, Ethan! The single best customer service we have ever experienced anywhere! Food was amazing and fresh! The zucchini fries are made fresh in house! I'm obsessed with the zucchini fries! Love the selection of sauces. Is a little pricey to bring the entire family. But I enjoy my private little lunch breaks😋. Staff super friendly and Super fast.

My daughter had the chicken tenders which were delicious and fresh. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich which was made with the chicken tenders and it was really good too. We were very happy with all the food! Chocolate milkshake was perfect as well :)

Both times, the fries were not crisp. They were soggy. The chicken tenders were MEH.
I had a better meal at Zaxby's a bit further up the road for less money.

These people clearly aren't dedicated to quality as their name implies. Don't go there unless it's during a rush. Food will not be fresh. And the chicken has a lot of veins or something in it.

I don't know what all the negative reviews are about.... Maybe the competitors trying to run them out? We thought it was really good and nice and clean. We had 8 people and everyone was full and happy when we left. And don't skip the shakes, they're delicious!!

This place is very nice inside. I had never even heard of a PDQ before I saw this one. The menu is extremely limited, but if you are looking for chicken strips, it's perfect. The name is supposed to imply People Dedicated to Quality, and while the staff was helpful, they weren't overly welcoming or friendly like at Chik-fil-a. The food was ok, but I only voted I liked it because I didn't pay for it. I wouldn't come here if I was paying, but would probably go again when I'm not paying. The chicken is juicy to the point that it's almost watery tasting. It's big pieces of white meat though, and very appetizing looking. The sauces are really nothing special and I actually forgo'd them in favor of just ketchup.

The chicken fingers and fries are Way better than Zaxby's. The fingers are plumper and juicier while the fries are like true home cut fries.

We wont be back. we paid $7. and change for one meal with bogo. I would rather go to Applebees for 2 for $20 menu

I went to the new location with co-workers at the office today pm Wednesday, 5/21/2014.<br/><br/>I ordered the five piece chicken tender meal with fries and a drink. The fries were soggy and not crisp. The chicken tenders were OK, but they're average. I had better tasting tenders at Zaxby's.<br/><br/>One of my co-workers asked one of the young ladies working the table side area why the fries were greasy. She replied because they haven't changed out the oil in the fryer? Really?<br/><br/>The meal for me and the others were prepared very quick (under 2 minutes), but the overall taste and the value for the money was disappointing.<br/><br/>PDQ in Bartram Park is new so it'll draw the lunch crowd in terms of curiosity; however, I'm sure most will eventually realize it's just another chicken tender place. If I'm in the mood for chicken tenders, I'll go to Zaxby's a little further up the street.

They are nice however same as rest but not the best.. Ok fast food is not really my kind of place to eat but a co-worker that was traveling with me and saw this place and insisted we stop. So I pulled into the drive through to place an order. I will say the staff was very nice and in a different touch they ask your name when placing an order even though you are in a queue and when you pull around, they great you by your name. This was a nice touch. Now for the food, I normally order grilled chicken not fried. With that said I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich because the afore mentioned coworker said it is great and better than a chick-fil-a sandwich which I had a reference point as with most parents in the south I have been dragged there several times by my children. In my opinion it is still just fast food. Quality was good for fast food but nothing special. As for the better than chick-fil-a I would say not. Please take this review with a grain of salt as I may be jaded to the fast food experience. I will say do not order the chocolate shake. I love chocolate shakes to the point that some may say it is a problem and this was not a good one. If you like fast food places and fried chicken please give it a try it looks clean and the people are nice and you may enjoy it better than I did today.

Average food at an above average price. Had heard about their great sauces but didn't find anything special with my grilled chicken sandwich. They go with shoe string fries, which is the universal signal that a restaurant wants to be able to keep them longer before having to toss out. We were early in the lunch cycle but these fries were soggy with no crispy ones to be found. The frying oil left a lingering aftertaste too. Overall I'll probably end up eating there again, but it won't be a destination. Service was fast and friendly though.

BETTER THAN ZAXBY'S !!!. Sometimes good service from people with good attitudes can make the food taste that much better! The apples and toffee dip are out of this world. Though it taste like a caramel candy apple you still feel as if your eating healthy. I love the chicken fingers that are twice the size of Zaxby's. Top notch sauces as well. Creamy garlic and sweet heat are my favorites. Sometimes I even mix the two...what can I say I like to mix it up on the wild side a bit. I compare P.D.Q.'s fingers and sauces to none other than Chick-fil-A's. If you have good seasoned chicken with exquisite sauces THEY WILL COME. Thanksgiving on a bun is pretty darn heavenly as well with the smooth cool cranberry sauce chilling on top of that warm well seasoned turkey breast!!! Say whaaaat!!! Mamma could you pass the dressing after I pass the blessing! Now that's what I need in my life. Thanksgiving in every month outside of november...lol. Oh yeah and with Timmy T ( Tim Tebow "The king of Charity" ) owning the restaurant you know your hard earned dollar is well spent going to a good cause and stays in our community! Need I say more this a win/win situation! Sorry Zaxby's if you need me I will be across the street at P.D.Q with a #15 combo in hand Tebowing my grace and holding on to my Thanksgiving on a bun like it's the heisman trophy for all to see!

I don't get it. 14 minutes in the drive through and didn't manage to get the sauce I asked for (or any sauce). Didn't notice anything worth coming back for and the menu is very limited - first time will be the last time. The competitor around the corner with a sensible sized menu is a little less busy now which is good news for me.
