I love this location and eat here twice a week, as I work in Mandarin. The food is always fresh and hot and the service is always super prompt! The portions are also better than what I recieve at other locations too and because of those reasons I listed, I'm truly a life long fan. You get REAL food for fast food prices; what more could you want ? Thank you !

I am a new Floridian and was brought to this place by a native Floridian and i was not disappointed at all!!! I have dined in and taken out several times and each time the service is consistent efficient , friendly, and always working hard to prepare the most delish food well spiced and flavorful food i have eaten in a long time. The proportions for the cost is fantastic!!!!

They do a good job at this location. Staff is really friendly. Chicken is unbeatable. No chicken chain better than Pollo. Bring Pollo Tropical back to Atlanta please!!!

I ate lunch here while traveling on a shopping trip with my best friend 💕. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered a veggie bowl 🥣 😋. My friend ordered a platter, and the portion sizes are just right.

Good food with good prices. They have a large selection of menu items, ranging from roasted chicken, pork, bowls and sandwiches, and sides. This is convenient option if you are looking for a place to order online and pick up.

First time here. The lady working in the drive thru was extremely nice. Food tasted great and fresh. I ordered the bowl with yellow rice, chicken, and all the toppings except corn. Also, I asked for some spicy poy poy sauce and it was a very good addition to my meal. The only negative I had was that I ordered a large diet coke and received regular coke instead (correct on receipt). Also not a big deal, but the hours on google say they open at 10:30am on Sunday and they didn't open till 11:00am. I drove from Middleburg and ended up waiting in the parking lot. Will probably return in the future and try some new things.

Five gold stars! Delicious, fresh, & fast! Dine-in order was perfect. All sauces were available. Very Clean. Loved the option to sit outside in the shade or indoors. Great location & friendly staff. Almost passed due to poor reviews. Glad we didn't! We love Pollo Tropical!!
