Awesome, extremely professional, very patient. The food was cooked fresh as requested. Great atmosphere. The family meal is definitely within budget.
I love this location and eat here twice a week, as I work in Mandarin. The food is always fresh and hot and the service is always super prompt! The portions are also better than what I recieve at other locations too and because of those reasons I listed, I'm truly a life long fan. You get REAL food

They do a good job at this location. Staff is really friendly. Chicken is unbeatable. No chicken chain better than Pollo. Bring Pollo Tropical back to Atlanta please!!!

First time here. The lady working in the drive thru was extremely nice. Food tasted great and fresh. I ordered the bowl with yellow rice, chicken, and all the toppings except corn.
