We took our son for his birthday, every thing from drinks, food, desserts and customer service was outstanding. You have to treat yourself to Longhorn, you want be disappointed 😁👍
If you’re looking for a no frills, consistent steakhouse, this is the place. Service is always good and food comes out in a timely manner.
This place I very good to eat and spend dome time with friends or family. But they need to do better cleaning there, and work on ger rid of some bad smells.
The stuffed mushrooms had so much flavor and taste. They were delicious. The Half Pound Steakhouse Cheeseburger Combo (with french fries) was so very satisfying. Longhorn sure does know how to make a meal.
My son loves this place! It gets busy, so call ahead or add yourself to the wait list before arriving. The service is good. The food is reasonably priced and tastes good.
The lobster tails are my favorite and they have the absolute best broccoli!
They have awesome lunch specials! Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly and they offer their bread free of charge as well. The baked potato was fresh and soft, there didn’t seem to be as much steak as pictured online but it filled me up so no real complaint there.
I am writing this review for one purpose, the amazing service we received!! Ms. Shaniqua was the most incredible, personable, fast working bar tender I have met. She is truly an asset to the business as well as the others behind the bar whom work with her. Highly recommend, enjoy!
BEST Longhorn hands down. Every single experience here is one to remember. The wait staff goes above and beyond for every customer. Our last waitress even made a special sundae for our sons birthday! Curbside is always stellar. Amazing big portions and service that is impeccable. We spend our money
The steaks were cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes tasted better than most places. I asked for medium burger and came out well done. But, it still had a good seasoning to it. Service was great as well.
Great food - they prepared my steak perfectly, didn't even add any condiments and then that strawberry pecan salad was fresh and delicious. Customer service is superb especially Leinaala and Keshia. This will be my go to every visit to Jacksonville from now on.
We went for our anniversary and it was by far the best experience we’ve had here. Michelle was our server and she was so nice and helpful! Absolutely exceptional employee and asset to longhorn. On top of the service our food was cooked perfectly. Thank you so much!
I stopped by to pick up a to go order and all the spots were taken so I went inside to have a drink at the bar while I waited and I just have to say I am blown away by the amazing service I received!

Waitress was so very sweet. Cook came to check out steaks and our happiness with them. That was an extra step no other restaurant does. And she cared about her product and our happiness. Celebrating a birthday and we sure picked the perfect place.
