We first arrived at the Melting Pot and was seated in a cold room with a screaming child next to our table. The waiter Danial tried to make us comfortable but quickly realized we were freezing and couldn’t hear him our each other. He checked with the manager Mike and we were moved to a warmer and quieter room. The rest of the night was spent enjoying each other’s company and getting to know Danial and the manager Mike. The food was delicious tasty and was given tips on how to cook it with best results. Would definitely go back with large group or small. Don’t forget to try the wine.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to come here. Glad we did. Enjoyed the food and the waitress and waiter were so great!!! Collin and Ms Sue Anne! 🥹. It was the sweetest thing. They brought us out strawberries for our anniversary. PLUS they know I’m pregnant and they brought out ginger ale instead of champagne or wine.

My husband and I visited for our anniversary and needless to say I think we had the best experience we have ever had at Melting Pot! Our server, Grayson, was absolutely phenomenal and always stopped by at the perfect time. The manager, Chris, was so sweet and even treated us to some complimentary champagne with cute little heart-shaped strawberries. The food was absolutely delicious. The entire staff helped each other out, and you could tell they cared a lot about the customers and each other. We will definitely be returning soon!

Food was great. Our waitress explained how food is presented. We loved the selection. Definitely a different style of eating but worth the adventure. My teenage grandkids absolutely love this place. I would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful date night at The Melting Pot, thanks to the exceptional staff and service, especially our server, Z. Their warm personality and impeccable service made our evening memorable. The atmosphere was perfect, and the entire experience was delightful. We can't wait to go back!

Still a nice place. We went to one of the first Melting Pot restaurants in 1979 in Talahassee. It was nice then and it's still a nice place for a special occaison. There are lots of small intimate cubbies for seating. The dinner for two takes care of all the details. The cheese fondue is my favorite. Then a salad, main course and chocolate fondue for dessert. We had a little hiccup toward the end but the manager and other servers took care of us. It's not about the mistakes, but how well you fix them. And they fix them with 5 stars.

Loved everything about my dinner. We went on a double date. We ordered a pot and they ordered the grill so we got to enjoy both. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the size of my lobster tail that I added on. Other than that, it was amazing! Everything was nice and clean, quick service, not rushed.

You're paying for the experience. An anniversary or celebration of some sort. In our case we came for our milestone anniversary and wanted to go to the same place we went for our first anniversary. So it was worth the price of admission for the nostalgia. But to go on a regular Tuesday, it's nothing special to me for the price. That's just my humble opinion.
Now, I have heard their happy hour is dope. So I would like to come check that out and see how it compares to the full dinner experience.
But don't get me wrong! The food was still good and I feel like they gave you more than when we went for the first time years ago. And their cocktails are bomb. So it's totally worth doing at least once.

Not only was everything absolutely delicious, but the atmosphere, our waitress, and the other staff were so personable and absolutely amazing! Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had!

Danny was incredible. We were a walk in and this was our first time here. We received the most courteous, quick, and fun service. Manager Chris greeted us at the end of the night to ensure that we enjoyed our meal as well as the service. I also have an allergy and Danny was proactive in ensuring that everything was safe for me. My partner and I will be making this a regular stop and asking for Danny every time. Fun, classy, but down to earth and personable experience at the same time. As always it was a great time! The bourbon and bacon cheese was excellent and a definite try. The lobster was so good, I didn't need to add a sauce for flavoring. Our waiter, Juan, is the best and when we return we will ask for him!

Just celebrated our 9th anniversary with a lovely dinner here. It wasn’t our first time either. We love the melting pot. The food is top quality and the setting relaxing. We went on 3/10/18 and service was great. The manger checked in with us a few times and brought us complementary wine and said a toast for us. Whoever was making drinks was amazing as well. The Deep South Tea was delicious! We will definitely be back.

As always, the service was impeccable and the flavor of the food was spot on. We came in on Sunday (8/6) and after having an excellent cheese portion for the 3 of us, the entree part was a bit depressing. My daughter got the kid's mean which consisted of 9 pieces of chicken. However, my wife and I ordered one of the chicken and one of the filet mignon. The filet consisted of just FOUR (4) small pieces. REALLY?!? 4 pieces for nearly $25. Talk about a ripoff. Also, the menu has also changed from what used to be a rather nice book that really explained the portions to that of a double-sided laminated page with limited text. At least the chocolate at the end finished the night, but I was glad to get out of there. Unless the portion sizes for the premium items increases, I definitely won't be bringing my family back.

Timing was not so great. It took 3 hours to eat because the server took forever to transition from cheese/salad to entree and then to chocolate (4-course meal) spent majority of time looking at empty table while we waited after completing our food and waiting for next set-up. Asked to speak to manager but again slooooow service. $200 dinner for terrible service giving 2 stars.

One of our favorite spots since childhood, but service was just ok had empty drinks on the table for long periods of time, they forgot to turn on one of the oil pots so only 3 out of 6 people could cook. The food was pretty good but not as good as I remember.
