Great service, excellent salad bar and very accommodating. 16 of us and our server was really great. Will definitely go back!!

We love Ruby Tuesdays! We had a Christmas concert at our church and had a party of 9. We gave them a courtesy call prior to the concert to let them know we would be coming in around 8:30pm with a party of 9. The concert lasted longer than expected, and we were not able to get there until about 8:45-8:50pm. Patrick and the kitchen still welcomed all 9 of us with open arms. No complaints, friendly service, yummy food and we never felt rushed. We thank Patrick and the team that was working tonight that stayed late for us! (12/18/23)
I absolutely love coming to this Ruby Tuesday!! The workers are very prompt, courteous and the place is clean. Our server Herbie is the best!! He always greet you with a smile, he represents Ruby Tuesday’s with excellence!!!
Our server was Patrick. He was the best! Attentive, coming over our table to make sure everything was good or if we needed anything. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the food items on the menu. We just loved him!! Ask for him when you come eat here. The hostess was friendly and courteous. The salad bar was fresh and it was been stocked frequent. The food was super good
This is the best restaurant. Join their rewards program and you will see the value, meal choices, and service are superior to any other place. I eat at the Hodges location weekly. They did an outstanding job staying open during the pandemic; even selling groceries to keep their employees on. They recently changed some management, so some of the problems mentioned will be taken care of.
Went for dinner on weekday. Not busy but service was good and food was good also. Had bottomless salad.
I was feeling down this particular day when a friend and I came in to eat and have a drink. Our waitress was this amazing woman by the name of Kim that did such a phenomenal job! Her kindness and energy lifted my spirits almost instantly without her even knowing what she had done for me. She's very attentive outgoing and she had us laughing and smiling about the very thing that was bothering me. Our food was hot and fresh and the appetizers came out almost immediately! The best experience I've ever had at any Ruby Tuesday's I've ever gone to. Kim you definitely get five stars from us! Be blessed
From the moment I enter, to my exit of this building is phenomenal. The first thing is the greeter he is AMAZING! I have been here twice already and all the way from the food to the waitresses are AWESOME! I drive 30 mins out of my way to come to this location. The food that I had both times was SUPERB!!!!!! I had a baked potato the last time I came and it literally melted in my mouth!! I did everything but eat the skin of the potato! Great job Ruby Tuesday, you know what customer service means, from the beginning to the end!! I will definitely be back, OF COURSE !! KEEP UP THE SUPERB WORK !!!!
Had a great dinner tonight with our waiter Patrick. We had originally went to the millers restaurant but we couldnt get any service not even water. So after waiting and even asking again for water we walked out of millers and came to this ruby Tuesday. We had told Patrick we had a bad experience and he definitely made up for it. Food was fast and hot drinks were cold and quick we appreciated his excellent service
Michelle always provides great service. I frequent here on break. Tucked away in front of Holiday Inn Express in Windsor Commons Shopping Center. Healthy choices with Salad bar and frequent specials. Today Kimberly also provided great service.
Update Aug 1st. Still loving the service. The new deconstructed kabobs are my new go to. Keep up great work.

I know it’s a chain but it was so good it deserves a 5 star rating. We went for lunch and it was pretty sparse as far as customers (which is sad) but the food & service was fantastic. The salad bar was fresh with a dedicated employee maintaining it. The waiter (Herbie) was very good & attentive. The manager stopped in to ask if all was well & invited us back.
It’s sad to see restaurants that are great in the customer service department and serves really good food suffering with very few guests. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back.
