North Florida Tasting Room
I really do love this place. Nestled inside The Marriott in Downtown Jacksonville (formally the Omni) is this sweet place called Juliette’s. I have watched this establishment go from a 4 star high end feasting delight to a run of the mill typical hotel eatery and back again. I really enjoyed our pricey but worth it meal before a show with my family. The waitress was green … but helpful and willing to try. I knocked it down to 4 stars for two reasons.
First we arrived about 15 minutes early and we were not allowed to sit in the bar area and enjoy a drink until the restaurant opened. I say this as I had almost made earlier reservations from their app and if I had we would have still been standing in front of their door. Second my daughter has a strawberry allergy and mentioned this before ordering to our server. She wrote in all caps no strawberries and her meal was served with.. strawberries. Her meal had to be returned and remade (which we believe they did so cudos to them) and we had to eat our hot food in front of her. The Crispy Skin Salmon was noteworthy and worth returning just for that!

Lobster Ravioli and Lemon Drop Martinis before going to ON your Feet . BarTender( I think his name was John) Was friendly and made you feel like you were a regular customer. Highly recommend. Make reservations if you want a table before a show

The restaurant is located with Marriott Jacksonville. This is breakfast place but you can reserve table for breakfast and lunch for a La carte.
I did both. We had breakfast and lunch meeting at this place. The breakfast menu is short and not many option if you vegetarian. You can try avocado toast without meat and egg.
For lunch, it is better to make reservations in advance and check the kitchen status. I had little embarrassing moment when they did not find the reservation and food was taking more than 30 minute as there was one chef. There are limited option for vegetarian but food is good.
The place is accessible and nicely designed. Outdoor space closes by 1:30 pm.

The food was incredible. The service good but a bit slow. The 10oz chicken was some of the best baked chicken I’ve ever had. And the chef was very accommodating of substitutions and dietary needs. Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality at this hotel restaurant.

A cozy restaurant inside the Downtown Jacksonville Marriott atrium. This nice little place that has really good food. The prices are steep however. The prime rib eye was perfectly cooked, and and the severs are very attentive. Management came by and checked on me several time throughout the meal. There can be a little wait, but it’s worth it. Definitely a 4.5 - 5 star place.

Dinner was fabulous! Had the mussels appetizer and had to ask for an additional order of bread since the sauce was incredible! We each had frutti de mare and were impressed. The chef really has set the mark. Choose Juliette's, you will be impressed.

Very poor service & food. Heard they have great Sun brunch, but we went for dinner before a show on Sun. evening at 5:45 and were assured would not be a problem for a 7pm show. Had reservations and were promptly seated at 5:45. Told server again about show and were assured there was no problem. Got water & order in within 10 min. Got bread (which was hot & very good) at 6:15 again asked about dinner and were told very soon. At 6:30 asked again (we were party of 5 and ordered off regular menu). Finally got orders at 6:40 which gave us 15 min to eat. The bugers were good except for the nasty canned mushrooms as one of the toppings and were overcooked although were ordered "medium". One person ordered fish which was also very overcooked and came with white rice although advertised as rice pilaf. The lobster mac n cheese (which the server recommended) was just barely ok--not at all creamy and had 3 small overcooked chunks of supposedly lobster--completely flavorless. Never refilled water or checked on us. When asked for check as food arrived, got a lame apology for being late due to large table that come just before us. Will not be back.

I love Juliette's! Great service and food, always. M-F lunch buffet $12.99 Different theme each day. I like Thursdays: Tour of Italy, Friday is good too: Southern Buffet.

What a disappointment!. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We had eaten at Juliette's before, many years ago and it was very good! We decided to go for our anniversary. We were so disappointed! The calamari appetizer was tough and rubbery! I ordered the scallops with crab cream sauce, and while the scallops were good, they were not evenly cooked. I also requested mashed potatoes instead of rice with my scallops. Imagine my surprise when they served instant mashed potatoes! When I told the waitress I was not happy, she simply said, "Hmm, I'm surprised you noticed!" and walked away! Then when she delivered our check, there was a $10 charge for wine we didn't even order! She had to correct our check. By then, I just wanted to get out of there! It was an "okay" meal, but not worth $75!

Nice setting for a bite before a show across the street. Food was good, if pricey.

Breakfast buffet. For $16 I had a fresh made omelette, french toast, grits, bacon with OJ and coffee. Had a bunch more to choose from. I would get it again.
