I enjoy eating at Cracker Barrels. We ordered sauces pancakes eggs and drinks. The cashier was very friendly beautiful smile Quick Service. I recommend everybody go out and try to Cracker Barrel

Not all Cracker Barrels are created equal..this one in Chaffer Road is the best in Jacksonville. The food is better and service is better. Kelly our waitress was so nice. We talked to her about my son's home run, and she knew gave my boys a complimentary dessert!

Service was good. The food was okay. It was Thanksgiving, so there was a limited menu. I would try again with a full menu. Pie was great!

It is always nice to visit Cracker Barrel. The service, as always, was immediate and very friendly, our waitress was very friendly and even though she was very busy, she was always very attentive to us, she made sure that our order was delivered exactly as we ordered it. This is definitely one of my favorite places.

We just ate here and we were so impressed with the service we received from Karen was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure we satisfied with our meal. Drinks were never left empty and the food was on point. She was so friendly and was joking with us throughout the meal. 10/10 recommend coming and asking for her to be your waitress, bc we definitely will be in the future.

Always a great place to visit. This one serves mimosas as well. Breakfast was very good and no wait. Not crowded and waitress polite. Food was good. Highly recommend the hash brown casserole, the old timers breakfast and the fried apples. Good location right off interstate.

The food was so good. My French toast Latte was so good I wanted another. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great. My husband and I will be back

Went for breakfast with my family and it was an exceptional eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5 minutes. Our server Heather M went above and beyond. We could tell they were busy but she didn’t miss a step. She ensured our baby got his food first and ensured to follow up with us made our experience positive. We will definitely return.

Very friendly receptionist, was not quite dinner time, so things were a bit slow, and i was seated right away. My server Haley was awesome, getting my drinks right away, and there when I was ready to order. She had the food out quickly and was all the server one could ask for A+ service. The food was tasty, and spot on for temperature. The 2 appetizer barrels for $9.99 was a meal in itself.. very happy with the service and quality. The location is bit odd to me, but worth the drive. Not sure what was changed but the gravy in the biscuits and gravy was very bland, sadly.
