I was there for the first time today and had the pad Thai and it was the best I have ever had! I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes original Thai food.
This has been the absolute best restaurant I have eaten at. The staff are incredible, they're very charming & took the time to explain everything to us. I highly recommend the "magic drink" and the pad thai, in the "Thai spice" level. I will go back as soon as I can!
great food and great owners. They enjoy sharing how they prepare the meals, and take the time to explain Thai food so you can choose the meal best for your liking (for us newbies). Excellent food. We love hidden gems like this and make this a regular stop. Hope those that read the reviews will come and enjoy for themselves.
Excellent food and even better service! We ordered the papaya salad, chicken pad thai, and drunken noodle. All were the best I've ever had! D was our server and she was the sweetest! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
The food here is amazing and the owner is so sweet and genuine. While the menu is a bit limited (for now) you will not be disappointed. Everything is so fresh and the portions are perfect. This has become my new weekly lunch spot.
My first experience of Noob Thai Bistro and I am very pleased. Restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. The customer service was top notch, we were served by Dee, she was very polite and made sure we was happy the whole while and was quick to refill empty glasses. The food was delicious and flavoursome and very nicely presented on the plates and bowls; I had the Masaman Curry with Tofu and my daughter had Chicken Pad Thai. I would recommend to friends and will be sure to return another day to try a different dish.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The owners were so personable and the food was terrific. I would recommend this to anyone in Jacksonville. The food was made to order hot, fresh and amazing.

Excellent service. Waitress is very sweet. Great food. Many vegan options. Just ask them to not put egg in it. Love it and would go again.

Owners and staff are super friendly and helpful. 6:30 pm on Saturday, the restaurant was empty. Every time I passed by, the place was busy. Ingredients were really fresh. The freshest Thai food I have ever had. Plenty parking. Portions fall short for the prices paid. Shrimp was a nice size seven shrimp in the dish. Menu has limits based on clients numbers

Really enjoyed this spot that has a mixture of Japanese and Thai cuisine.
In a strip mall lighted up line the red light district, sits this gem of a Thai restaurant. Service was impeccable and the food delicious.
For starters, we tried the “App Tray” which had a smattering of different appetizers to try. It was a good way to be introduced to Noom Thai’s cuisine.
So what about the food:
Three sauces served with the app tray -
**Plum Sauce - sweet and tangy sauce, loved it
**Shrimp Sauce - yes, Japanese shrimp sauce
**Sweet Chili Sauce - traditional Thai sweet chili
Crab Rangoon - delicious version of the Rangoon, favorite of the table.
Egg rolls - tightly rolled mini egg rolls.
Shrimp rolls - marinated shrimp wrapped and deep fried, I missed the marinade, so this one fell flat for me.
Pineapple fried rice - a nice mix of sweet and savory.
Basil Stir Fry - good stir fry with a side of rice, lots of veggies in this dish.
Massaman Curry - dish fell a little flat for our table.
Red Curry - got this dish spiced up, my wife loved it.
Basil Fried Rice - another solid hit for us.
Mango Sticky Rice - perfect preparation of sweet and sticky rice, with fresh sliced mango.
As I mentioned, service was excellent and it was fun to have a mixture of Japanese and Thai foods.
Best experience ever! She was so helpful and educational for us. She showed us a fun and natural drink for the kids. She told us they make what they can themselves and it shows.
The food is on point as well! She also explained the sweet cucumber 🥒 syrup, which they made, and how it's used with their meal. Its an awesome addition to the spicy curry and I'm now sad I've never known of it before.
Crab rangoon is made with real crab!
Probably my favorite Thai place in Jax, and we've tried our fair share.
The service is so friendly, and quick and everything came out steaming hot and fresh.
I'm loyal to yellow curry when we go to Thai places and this one definitely is the biggest portion I've had and also the best flavor. I'm not huge on spicy, so I asked for mild+ and they nailed it. I even think I could have gone to medium without the dreaded runny nose, which I appreciate and have been unsuccessful with at other thai places.
OH, and try the magic tea! Trust. It's so tasty and fun!
What a gem of a place. Noom Thai Bistro is a top notch mom and pop Bistro. An absolute stop if your in Baymeadows Jax. New favorite! Not only is the food absolutely bonkers but the couple that run this joint (Hank and D) are the most sweet, down to earth people you could have the pleasure of meeting. My table and I had a real cool convo with the owners, they really care about their customers. Highly recommend. Best Thai around. Fresh, authentic, delicious! BTW we ordered the Pad Ped with beef , the Pad Thai with chicken and the Cashew and Pineapple stir fry with chicken. The thai ice tea was outta this world and we also ordered the Lampia rolls, ate those before we could snap a pic!...lol
The food was good but the service was great! Service 6 food 4, just don't order the spring rolls with peanut butter.
First time trying Thai and it was delicious!! Everything was fresh and hot, the Thai sweet tea was phenomenal and I’m not a big fan of milk tea but no complaints here. Thank you for your service
Great place. Food was delicious and spicy level 5 was no joke. The Crabs Rangoon was little more cream cheesy than I would have liked. The customer service was outstanding.
I came by during their lunch rush and still got seated almost immediately. Can't beat the price, and the taste is phenomenal, with a choice in how spicy you actually want your food to be. I gotta give this review to Nate(dogg) though, he's gotta be the most attentive and well-mannered server I've ever encountered. This place is run by a family, and they obviously put immense care into it. Will be coming back ASAP!
