Clara's always goes above and beyond. The food is incredible and the service gold star. Jacksonville is full of restaurants and Tidbits is the very best. If you can, order the side of potato salad!

Clara’s Tidbits is an institution here in San Marco. Always fresh and delicious food supported with friendly service in a comfortable setting. It’s the go-to lunch spot for we “south-bank natives.”

Stopped by after apartment hunting in San Marco. We came here by recommendation. I will start by saying they are well priced! We were shocked that all this food you see here was under $25. The soups were AMAZING. I would come back just for a big bowl of the gumbo alone. I wasn’t a huge fan of the sandwiches, but maybe that’s just me.
You already know… the potato salad and pita chips were so good we got them to go on our way out. We also grabbed a strawberry shortcake for dessert and it was fabulous.
We’re so glad we’re moving nearby. It’s going to be our go to lunch spot for sure.
Long time favorite. Love the new cinnamon and sugar pita chips. Was disappointed when food took much longer than everyone else at the same time. My pita was cold and I requested it to be heated. It had a beautiful avocado on it. When they brought it back from heating it, it only had one slice of avocado on it. The wife's salad was missing 2 ingredients. Tid bits is usually spot on. This time quality of food still above average but they messed up heating of pita and few ingredients missing
Clara's is fantastic. They have daily specials that really are special. Shrimp salad is so good. Look at the daily specials. So good. All the salads are great, but not lettuce ones, more like pasta and potato and egg salad. But you can get all the recipe salads on top of a great salad salad. Sprouts, avacado, cheese, tomato, cucumber, onion, and your dressing of choice.
Feel free to tip at first, but nothing is needed throughout or when you leave. Real to the bone
Great lil spot. The chicken salad sandwich on marble rye was amazing!! Great prices fed 3 people for less than fast food spots. Broccoli cheddar soup was great as well. Definitely coming back
This is a great spot for breakfast or lunch. All of the meals are prepared well and healthy. Love the Chicken Sandwich on Croissant and the fruit salad on the side. Nice. Please do not forget the lemon cake for desert, the best homemade there is.
The only service there was was when you ordered. You made your drink, got any refills yourself, and threw away your trash. Food was delish I had vegetable soup, chicken salad in a pita, and potato salad. It was all good!
Great little find rt off the highway! Had the roast beef...added some hit sauce, and it was wonderful! Pricing and portion sizes were spot on. Friendly staff in a no-frills setting.
So good!!! Friday special tuna salad pita so good. Chicken and shrimp gumbo was awesome.
I have the taco salad, and was excellent. Really good taste and portion. Customer service is great. I will come back to try the rest of the menu.
Got them for a catering order in downtown and everything was perfect. Food was delivered on time and staff was amazing with helping setup. Make sure you TIP! These folks deserve it.
