Review Burgerfi - Jacksonville

The parking was a nightmare at lunchtime, but the cheeseburger and fi sauce were excellent. Onion rings were pretty good, but the onions were small, and there was a ton of batter. Facility was very clean, organized, and well kept. My sisters Cajun fries were very good. The staff was very polite and friendly and the food came out fast. I will definitely go back.

I noticed the wait in receiving our order was longer than usual even though the dining room only had a few tables. I'm not sure if that's due to many online orders or new employees. The fries didn't taste as good as they normally do and tasted like the oil needed to be changed.

Sydney explained all of the burgers and deals to us so beautifully. Renee continually roamed the dining area keeping it top-notch clean, even making sure the table was clean when we changed tables. Another worker brought cups of ketchup to the table. Sooooo friendly! Service with a smile, for sure!!

Our first time here good food but the service went beyond our expectations, Jamese was very attentive making sure that everything was of our liking, we will definitely be back!

Listen!! These burgers are next level! I mean they are so fresh! But can I tell you the shake my husband got that Jamese made him had his eyes rolling in the back of his head!!

The best burger I’ve had wagu with the works, and Renee’ was awesome helped me from beginning to end! I will definitely be coming back!

What more could you ask for? This is great burger spot. I love thier High quality beef and their cry-fry (onion ring and fry combo) is always satisfying. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter takes swim lessons, so we stop here weekly and we’re always greeted and the atmosphere is nice. Jamese, an employee there is normally the one to help us. She’s kind, courteous, professional, and provides exceptional service.

The menu was quaint, yet full of everyone's desires. I was able to step right up to the self-serve kisok with no wait, yet I just wish the service was faster because I waited about 25 minutes. They ran out of small bags and put my regular fry at the bottom of a huge paper bag with all the ketchup packages on top, yuck. Chicken sandwich was way better than I anticipated. Took off a point for a nasty restroom.

I like burgers! So anytime I can go to a "new" burger place, I'm all for it! Now, BurgerFi isn't really new. It was founded in 2011. But it's new to me, and until a month ago I'd never heard of the place. But I was traveling through Jacksonville today on my way to Orlando and it was the perfect day to visit BF. The three in our party all ordered bacon cheeseburgers, but with different specifications. Mine came with two patties, the others got one. And there were differences in grilled onions vs. raw onion vs. no onion, tomato vs. no tomato, etc. But the basic build was the same: quality ground beef, American cheese, and bacon between two buns. But that's the same build that everyone else has for a bacon cheeseburger, so what's the difference? The difference is in quality. The meat is natural Angus beef, the bacon is thick and crispy, and the cheese melts perfectly atop the beef patty. The beef is cooked just right, not dried out like some places. And the produce is fresh and of the highest quality. So, the burger is a basic bacon cheeseburger, but the execution is top notch. Besides burgers, we also ordered a family size fry and a large onion ring to split. We had a hard time deciding which we liked best. The onion rings are big! The onion ring batter is light, reminding me of a beer batter, and the onion slices are thick. The onion is cooked all the way, but not overcooked. If you enjoy tasting onion in your onion rings, then you will probably like these. I did, as did everyone in our group. But the fries were good too, obviously made fresh from real potatoes, and I really like that BurgerFi fries them with the skins on. They were delicious! Besides the food, the environment was very nice, sporting a modern industrial vibe. An outdoor patio is available for seating and half the tables are shaded. We opted to sit outside and appreciated the shade on this very hot day! The employees were friendly, and the front counter person was patient with us as she took our order considering this was our first visit and we were obviously novices. We did not take advantage of the various sauces that BurgerFi offers, nor did we order any frozen custards. However, these options are quite intriguing. Maybe next time. All in all, lunch at BurgerFi was a great experience: friendly, competent staff, pleasant environment, delicious food, and clean restrooms. I plan to visit again when visiting Jacksonville.

Had the conflicted burger, it was amazing. It has the crispy quinoa and a beef patty. Also tried the truffle fries which I ate more of than my burger. Also ordered the Chocolate and Red velvet milkshakes. I was impressed by the fast service. Place was super busy and still got our food at a decent time. Gave us number and delivered to our table. Parking was hard they share a space with grocery store and another restaurant. Friendly staff was also a plus.

Burgers tasted ok, very greasy. Not my favorite but I was able to satisfy my craving. Cheese fries and bacon are not good. They could do better for sure. However, the ladies at the register were so sweet and attentive, even though they were 40 minutes from closing and looking tired while people will come in and make messes after they had cleaned the areas, they gave an excellent service.

Went in to get a few shakes .. staff was so friendly we ordered fries ... awsome place to grab fast food and I highly recommend getting the shakes ......
