Excellent service and food first time visiting this place and top notch.. highly recommend.. only took couple pics.. had party on 9 and service was still excellent.. CAL was our main server but with big group he had to have help and they were all awesome to.. friendly environment and people seems to enjoy their jobs which means alot with attitude towards customers.. we appreciate the staff here

The food experience while it was delicious it could have been hotter.

Cal was a great server and he made my first experience eating at the restaurant a great one. We had quite a few things on the menu. Everything was delicious! And the food came out in a timely manner.

My server Michael was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and offered me suggestions for the chili greens appetizer that I hadn’t had before and it was delicious! Service was fast and he packaged my leftover efficiently and quickly!

Stopped for a quick lunch. Had pot stickers, spring rolls, Honey chicken and Mongolian beef. Service was great, fried rice could have been better. Lacked flavor.

Okay. The manager Corbet was super helpful.
My wife didn’t enjoy her food at all. The drinks were awesome and my orange chicken was amazing.
Corbet, came to the table and attempted to find something for my wife but she just didn’t want anything. She tried the pan fried noodles and the glass noodles. He even offered her a free dessert. She declined but I appreciate his efforts.
My waiter West was dope and super polite. I appreciate it.

Everything about PF Changs was above my expectations!! The server Calvin made sure that we had the best service! He took care of our every need!! Oh and the drink…ewwww yeah!! I highly recommend this location.

Delicious food and great service! Our server was Danny, great guy with amazing energy! We ordered the Hand folded Crab Wonton for appetizers, recommended by him which were super good. For our entrees we had the Orange chicken and Mongolian Trio, which both had so much flavor, with good sized portions. I had originally ordered the Singapore Street Noodles, but unfortunately I wasn’t a fan of it. Overall highly recommend, Will be back!

Our server was great. Landon?? Food was sooo good! Mongolian beef trio...came with chicken, shrimp, beef and veggies. Flavor was on point, portion was great and the special sauce hit the spot.

The food was very good , Asian Caesar salad, sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. Service a wee bit slow, but worth it if the food is good. However. There were men workers there, in the kitchen, with beards at various lengths and I find that unacceptable in a public kitchen without the use of nets. Sorry. Seeing some guy sweat over a hot prep station with a long beard is a total turn off

Great food, excellent service, and reasonably priced for the portion sizes. I love that the portions are big enough to share. We dined with friends and each of us got a different dish. We were able to sample four dishes and loved every one of them. We also had enough to take home for another meal. We will definitely be back! Soon!

The worst experience. Service was awful, waited an hour for our food. The bartender flirted with a girl and paid no attention to customers. Was told they gave our food to another patron. Then Mgr offered to fix the situation by offering my friend and I could share a dessert. Lol he can shove the dessert up his ass.

I thought the food was good but not as good as I thought it would be. It wasn't overly pricey so I wasn't upset about it. I think that if I was in that area again I would skip it. It really wasn't any better than the local Hot Wok. The staff was friendly and it was a nice atmosphere so no real complaints.

Not real happy with the menu change. Kudos to Ryan who did what he could to get me a PFX that's no longer on the menu.
Also, after Fighting SJ Towncenter traffic & no parking within a mile simply to eat here is not worth it. Sorry.

The menu has changed for the better... Our meals was delicious and the fried rice was better, before it was sticky and tasteless .Must have a new chef.

Service was great. Waitress very knowledgeable on the menu and keep the drinks filled. Had lettuce wraps lettuce was crisp and filling delicious. Mongolian Beef and House rice excellent. Great food and company made for a wonderful night out.

I love PF Changs and this location is the only time I had a bad experience. The bartender was good but the kitchen.....not so much. I waited 45 minutes for my appetizer. Ordered fried rice for an entree, that took almost an hour and a half. By the time I got it, the shrimp were so overdone I couldn't even chew them. I sent it back, waited another 45 minutes and just cashed out and left. Fried rice is made continuously here, really no excuse for this.

First time ever at a P.F. Chang's great atmosphere great service and great food. My mom and me had the Chang's for two the Mongolian beef was the best I have ever tasted and there was enough for me take some home for later. I will definitely be going back next time I am in Jacksonville.
