This is definitely the best butcher in town. The steaks will grind up between your finger & thumb.
The meat is perfection, and the cuts are top notch. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year, and always a happy camper.

What a great sandwich and burger. Don’t even get me started on the steaks. This afternoon I had the St. Johns sandwich. Chicken salad and bacon with provolone on sourdough bread. Incredible combination. Come here and really get to enjoy some local creations.

This is a great place. It’s a butcher with beautiful meats, and a great menu . You can sit inside and have a “Camel Rider”!
It’s a Jacksonville thing! Actually they have lots of great stuff on menu along with lunch specials .

Super great experience. The owners are on site and very friendly. The food is amazing. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and it was definitely one of the best in town! My friend ordered The Hoss burger. Next on my list is to take home some Tony Packos pickles and a pork loin to cook for the holidays.

My husband says I shouldn't review this place so it doesn't draw anymore people in but I can't help it, Pinegrove Market and Deli is so good! It's a small and cozy place, love that they have old local Lee High yearbooks mixed in with other reading material. The food is outstanding! My favorite is the steak in a sack. My husband likes to try everything and has loved it all so far.

Wife an I went here for the first time and IT WAS DELICIOUS..! I highly recommend for an afternoon lunch, or just a get out with freinds. Great warm neighborhood enviorment. We sat outside in the tent covered patio. Loved it I had the "Greek" a delicious lamb burger and Wife had the "Nader" a great Roast beef pastrami and taboouli sandwich. SoSo good. A little pricy but very worth it Go there..!

Pinegrove has always been excellent in all its faucets. I snagged 20+ day dry aged for my bachelor party, but any day is worth a aged steak. Burgers, pitas, and sandwiches are great. Best hidden gem, they're as big as they want and need to be.

Came down from georgia again and found this family owned butcher/restaurant. Really nice ambience and staff that knows every face. The food is amazing and prepared freshly in the store.
I would definitely recommend coming here for a nice sit down meal after a busy day.

My husband and I love Pine Grove. We eat here at least once a month. It is walk up and order which is great for a quick meal. They also have an outdoor seating area which is so nice on a cool day. The family who runs it are friendly and helpful. Although you dont need much advice on the menu because everything is equally delicious.
My favorite items are the fish and grits (ask for the sauce that goes with it!) and the Cuban. My husband loves the Nader, which has pastrami and tabouli, house made of course.
While you wait for your order, check out the deli items. The beef is aged in house and is of the highest quality. There are also a few side items that are worth taking home.
It is overall a great little spot and worth a visit.

Neat little mom-and-pop operation. Had two good meals... Fish and Shrimp, and the Shrimp Po Boy. Thsir dry aged meat looked amazing. The one bathroom is terrible. Not just dirty, it's tiny.

What a neighborhood gem! The shrimp & grits were delicious & the steak in a sack has chunks of steak instead of thinly shaved steak. The employees are friendly & courteous. The place is loaded with charm & history, my husband & I will definitely be back.

Never had a bad experience here once! The staff are wonderful, helpful, and courteous to a fault. There entire menu is delicious! I also had the pleasure for trying one of their dinner meals with my brother uncle and his wife and let me tell you it was a 5 start experience! You guys are awesome keep it up!

Just had the worst burger ever here. Had absolutely no flavor and was cold when I got it. I highly recommend going just about anywhere else for lunch/dinner. I can't believe they charged FIFTEEN dollars for such a lousy meal.

We eat there a couple of times each month. I can't seem to get past the Shrimp Poboys. It's on a wonderful roll with lots of fat fried shrimp. Burgers are REALLY good!!!! Some of the best in town. This week we brought home two of the burgers to grill and their potato salad for Sunday. Hubby raved the entire time he was eating. He had pancakes, grits and bacon there Saturday morning that he loved.
