Took my son yesterday 6/28/18, we had such a wonderful experience. The two ladies working yesterday were so nice to my son and I. Was a little bummed there wasn’t a show like the one in Raleigh with the curtains etc. but the staff yesterday made up for that and we will be returning.
As evacuees of Hurricane Matthew, from Beaufort, SC, the staff were fantastic and very personable. They were very accommodating and genuinely concerned for us. It was a great place for the kids to let loose after being cooped up on the road and in a hotel room for days. Thank you for a great experience.
We have a five year old grandson that has a great time at Chuck-E-Cheese everytime he goes. We like the pizza also. No problem here.
I was glad that inside climbing tube was Gone. I would never allow mine to go inside of it because it just looked dirty and smelled like germs! This time it smelled pretty clean in there, Probably because that Tubing was gone and therefore I was able to enjoy the Salad Bar and the kids had pizza which was very pleasantly clean and they ate the entire medium pizza. The staff also was very polite and one of the guys went out of his way to help my husband redeem the kids tickets and the lady that gave out prizes was nice and generous! ;)
We just spent yet another wonderful evening of fun games and good food. The staff was super nice to my little boy and helped make his evening a lot of fun! Huge shout out to all of them for making my little boy's evening. You guys are awesome!!!!

It was my son's 4th birthday today, and today he had an amazing day is an understatement!!!!! The staff was beyond amazing, and the manager on duty went out of her way to make sure my son had the BEST time. This was the best Chuck E Cheese I have ever been to. I can't thank you all enough for making this day so amazing!
We went during the week at night for dinner basically (something about CC pizza) and the Lil human gets to have fun too....win win for is all. We love going now that they upgraded some and now all the games work, great job CC Atalntic/Forest. 🍕
I've been taking my brother here for years they're so nice to us but the prices have gone up so much. It use to be 11 dollars for 30 minutes play time and just yesterday its 20 dollars!
We were welcomed the minute we walked through the door. The young man running the door is AWESOME!!! All of the staff were pretty incredible.
The pizza was so wonderfully delicious and our grandbabies had an amazing time.
The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful and so clean!!
Whoever manages this location deserves a pat on the back!! Kudos to the staff as well!! You guys rock!!
Had my sons 5th birthday here. Everything was clean, well organized, pizza came out on time and the kids all enjoyed. I would definitely come back, management went above and beyond for all the kids and even the parents had fun!

Great service! The front ticket man employee has great customer service. He was very friendly. He made sure everyone was checked in and knew the house rules.
We have the absolute best experience at this Chuck E cheese at regency then we have had in the past 20 years. We came to celebrate my granddaughter's 5th birthday and the manager and all of the employees went above and beyond to make sure that it was special! I would highly recommend Chuck E cheese To anyone they have really stepped up their game
I went to the Chuckie E. Cheese's in Jacksonville Florida with my dad, niece and nephew a few days before my last birthday. My dad ordered a pizza for us to eat while we were there.
I liked the pizza and the atmosphere.
Staff was extra helpful from when we first stepped foot inside. It was clean and fun for the kids. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is the price was astronomical compared to how it used to be. 109 dollars for a family of 4 to eat and 2 kids 45 minute play time.
The kids had a great time. I enjoyed my time with you. Give them a visit.
First time coming to this location since I was a child myself. We had a blast. Pizza and drinks are a bit overpriced, and we don't too much care for the new ticket/prize system, but the unlimited play for an hour for $24 wasn't bad and the kids love it so much that it's all worth it.
Great place to take your family very nice the bathrooms are clean if you have little ones they will love this place Chucky comes out about every hour on 30 minutes to give tickets out it's very nice the people are very great there there's not much I can bad I can say about this place if anything at all
