First time at this location. Service was excellent and everything was clean. We had side salads with our dinners. They were fresh and tasty. I had the country fried steak with mashed potatoes. My only drawback was that the breading completely fell off when cutting it up. Probably better for me that way. Flavor was very good and the mashed potatoes were excellent. As always, the rolls were out of this world. Looking forward to going back.

We were visiting Jacksonville and wanted to try a place that we have never been. It was Sunday night and was an ending to a very long weekend and soccer tournament. We went and it took a while for anyone to even come by and then once we got our orders in it took FOREVER to receive our food. We were all slumped over by the time it arrived. However it did arrive hot and fresh a d was delicious. So maybe they were having a bad night. The restaurant was not super busy at all. They were also out of pot pie which one of my kids wanted and out of chicken fried steak which my other kid wanted.

We had a great early dinner at Cheddar’s! Incredible service and delish food! Hubby even ate the steak after it got baptized. Hahaha

This was my first visit. I ordered Keywest Chicken and Shrimp which came with 2 sides. I chose broccoli and cheese casserole and candied carrots. The Cresent rolls melt in your mouth! You can order additional rolls for $2/2. The fried Shrimp were good too. Bon Appétit!

Love the atmosphere, the food, and the service!!! I definitely recommend the drinks, which were inexpensive and really good! I had the chicken tender platter and my husband had the chicken fried chicken and they were delicious! It's definitely going to be one of our favorite spots for dates!

Drinks were good. Service was good. Food good except bennigens has way better Monte Cristo. The meat in mine was the equivalent of walmart brand sliced deli meat. And come to find out they definitely aren't made to order.

This time we did not wait for a table, usually the place is packed, but for a good dinner and reasonable prices, it's worth it. Started with the honey butter croissants...oh so good! Had the Spinach dip, which I love and had the chicken tender platter, that chicken was tender and juicy! The pot pie my sister had was so good, homemade taste.

Update 10/11/23: after about a year, tonight we went to Cheddar’s and had a great meal! The bone-in ribeye was delicious and perfectly cooked. The broccoli cheddar casserole was great too. We also had half a rack of ribs added for $10 and they were delicious. The chocolate cake was humongous and very rich and the ice cream was high quality and flavorful as well. Overall it was a great meal!

You can not go with Cheddar’s. We have been in few in different states and each time we were satisfied with food, drinks and service.

So we made about 4 different attempts to dine in this restaurant on different occasions and did not make it due to the long wait time - 45 mins to an hour. That really doesn’t work when you have 2 hungry kids who are feisty and irritated. On our most recent attempt, close to lunchtime on a Sunday morning we were seated RIGHT AWAY - good sign! We ordered our food and the server was great. She attended to us making sure our needs were met. Then came our food, it was surprisingly delicious! I ordered a steak, which I think is a little thinly cut, but did not really expect much for the price. It was very tasty, well seasoned and tender. My wife and mother in law were happy with what they ordered. So for the quality of food and the amount you pay, this place is amazing. We will definitely be back to try out other menu items. Plus, the interior of the restaurant is very cozy, just a great place to eat, dine and hang out with friends and family.

This location looks to be newer than the one back home. Though mid-week, I was shocked that it wasn't packed after work. I was immediately seated, and there were plenty of empty tables. One huge disappointment was that they were out of lemonade. I ordered the shrimp/chicken tender combo and monster cookie for dessert. My food was good and was up to the Cheddar's standard I'm used to. My server was very pleasant. However, the second disappointment of the visit was the wait time for food. I was close to just cancelling my dessert and leaving.
