Smoothie King

If heaven existed on earth then it would be this smoothie king. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the suggestions they gave took my smoothie from a basic level to a platinum. Prices were fair but the smiles were better! Enthusiasm felt from the staff they suggested various menu options to me to fit my diverse pallet were second to none. 10 out of 10 would come back again and again! Fran was a phenomenon her glowing personality made this a must come again location

Love Smoothie King, I'm a frequent flyer at my home location in South Carolina weekly. This location in Jacksonville FL totally messed this up...smoothies have a thicker consistency, my Caribbean Way smoothie had a watery taste. Very disappointed, I had to put in freezer to get the texture desired. Wasted time and money. Spent approx $7.50 for a 32oz I will not visit this location again. Staff needs training, horrible, unprofessional.

I rode my bicycle 6.5 miles to this Smoothie King. It is drive through only, I pulled up to the drive through on my bike and nobody would speak to me for about 5 minutes, I even waited for the car in front of me to get their smoothies and pull away. I saw somebody from inside look out at me with a disgusted look... So I pulled up to the side window outside of their store and stood there for about 10 minutes... still nobody acknowledged me, dare I say they were ignoring me on purpose (as I left the drive through the car behind me was immediately greeted and served). I pull back to the drive through and yet again wait for the car in front of me to get their smoothies and I sit there for about another 5 minutes, talking into the speaker knowing it gets their attention. Then no one still responded so I just pulled up to the drive through window and these poor little girls were shaking so bad. I do not understand why I just wanted to order my gladiator that I order almost every single other day. This single experience has made me decide to never ever touch another smoothie from here. I do not appreciate at all how I was treated today, I felt like the grocery bag in the parking lot!

I visit this Smoothie King location multiple days per week because it’s efficient, and the staff members are extremely friendly! One of the reasons I was so excited to move to Jax Beach was because of the proximity of this Smoothie King to my home and work. It’s the perfect place to grab a healthy, refreshing meal on the go!

Chloe, Brianna , and Madison or “Maddie” I Cole here all the time and get a large immune builder and usually get one of those wonderful girls. They are very polite and friendly. I was waiting for about 5-10 minutes for my smoothie, even though they where very busy. They handed my smoothie and said sorry for the wait with Cupons!!!!!! Best smoothie kind on the beach if you ask me.👍🏻👍🏻
