Review Brickery To Go - Jackson

We had a party of 4 (and a baby). One medium Supreme pizza and one barbecue chicken pizza. All 4 of us had salads. We enjoyed the food immensely and the ambience was cool. Friendly servers. We're visiting the area (camping nearby) and if we ever camp here again, we'll be back.

Checked this place out today and I'm glad we did. The food is delicious! (pizza, pasta, garlic knots, fries) The waitress was nice and checked on us often. We got a pitcher of beer and a big batch of the pineapple rum punch too. Outside seating is nice! (Pineapple rum punch pictured)

The kitchen is slow, the older staff is extremely rude and getting a drink refill had to be asked for. The chicken parmigiana was horrible, made with chicken strips. The pizza was good, salad was delicious and the meatballs are good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IS BUSINESS!!! They need to improve on customer service.

Rated highly because it’s the only brick pizza place in the county. I had the winds and my wife had the gluten free pizza. The wings were undercooked, fries were burnt. The gluten pizza bowl was basically a bowl of greasy mess. It was gross and my wife ate three bites. You’d think the waitress would have noticed, but she didn’t. The bartender was working the room at the front entrance because they were busy and she barked at all the people waiting for a table to move out of her way as she went back and forth. Overall, cool looking place. Food quality wasn’t there and was a big disappointment.

My husband and I frequently ate here when we moved to Jackson 2 years ago. In the beginning the food was amazing and so was the service but both the food and the service has gone downhill. The young employees are just there for a paycheck and to hang out and have fun all day the older servers are the ones that do all of the good work. And would you guys for the love of God PLEASE SWEEP YOUR PIZZA OVEN OUT!!! I don't order pizza very often but the last two times that I have there's black burnt leavings all over my crust both times. Not good guys.

I mistakenly said you need face mask, but that isn't correct. The food was very good. We had wings and bites along with pizza. The bites arrived a little late, but we're okay. The pizza was about the best I've had around here. The wings finally showed up about after we started eating. The service wasn't great, in fact, it seemed like she was too busy to check on our food or keep up on our drinks. So in a nut shell, good food, need new server.

The Brickery has turned into one of our favorite places to eat in Jackson. It's hard to make really good pizza but these folks have figured it out. They have a wide variety of tasty combinations or you can make your own. The crust is probably one of my favorites as it's slightly crisp, but not doughy and not super flat like a saltine cracker. Service is always good and the interior in a historic building is quite nice. Great job, we'll be back again

Overall good pizza, good menu choices. Garlic knots were great. The restaurant was nicely decorated/ good atmosphere. Ladies room needs some work big time. Some staff members excluding our server could use work on team work. I would go again. Food was good.
