It's the same selection of food everytime depending on the day you go.
And it has always tasted the same everytime I've visited. The employees keep the table full of food and when you do run out of something, it is replaced quickly.
I've never had an experience here where the food didn't taste good. And because it's a family run restaurant, you are treated better here then other restaurants would treat you.
Have a look at their menu online. I would say if you don't like the food they serve, don't come.
But if you do, you will enjoy the experience.

Excellent, simple country cooking done right. May not be the best choice for a single diner, as they bring out everything at once and it tends to go room temp, but there is no doubting the quality of the food
Best country food in the Atlanta area. Best fried chicken I have ever eaten. They just do simple country food the right way. You never leave unhappy!!!!

I love this place. If you go away hungry, it's your own dang fault. They have the best chicken I have ever had too.
Amazing food I drive 2 1/2 hours to get there just to eat lunch and then drive 2 1/2 hours back to my mother-in-law's house. Y'all need to get one in Florida

We went here for the first time tonight, and what a delight. Wait staff was super friendly and attentive. I love the country style food and eating arrangement. Just a joy all the way around. We left happy and very very full!

Very good, old time family style round the table sitting with food in bowls on a lazy Susan. Food was very delicious. Apple cobbler was extremely good. Usually they do peach but they weren't good that day. Atmosphere was light and happy! Enjoyed my time there.
The food is delicious, and servers were patient & kind. This is a wonderful buffet style restaurant where the buffet is at your table. The fried chicken & peach cobbler were my favorite.
Friendly staff serving amazing home cooked meals family style. A must visit. Hands down the best fried chicken in Georgia. The sides are all delicious as well. Be sure to check their website before going, they are not open every day of the week and the menu varies. However, regardless of what day you go that incredible fried chicken is waiting for you! Be sure to check out all the celebrity photos when you first walk in!
As always, a 5☆ experience. They closed at 8pm, we arrived at 7.
50 min wait on a table, no problem, we waited. EVERYONE treated us like we were the first customers of the day.... instead of nearly the last. I love a true mom n pop place that knows the value of every customer. Buckner's is always on the top of our list ♡
One of my favorite family places to eat. Great food and friendly staff. Get there early or you will be waiting in a line. (That just means it’s worth the wait👍🏼)
If you want great food at affordable pricing with a family atmosphere with a large lazy susan to refill your plate and just simply tired of the standard border plate chain restaurants. This is your place. Plenty of room for a large party, family or just a date. Found this place 20 plus years ago, I sometimes forget this jewel! You always leave full and satisfied!
