In my opinion. When you're paying top dollar, and the order gets forgotten on a delivery, gets RE delivered but with the wrong condiments and your chain keeps getting orders screwed up. Maybe you should fire all staff and start over. Why pay people $15 an hour, when the kids you hired were too spoil
