Do the employees not actually look at the food as they make it. 🤮 It was rock solid, look down my man. Update: still sucks.

Could use better customer service. Fries were half full and cold. Don't like seeing employees in the background on their phones instead of helping. Have to always ask for napkins. Forgets items frequently so I'm always having to check my order before I leave, even if it's just 1-2 meals.
The fries. The fries are mediocre…I cannot seem to get good fries. Also. The play place which is a rarity is never open. It’s sad, as the children continue to comment on their disappointment. The hours are short so make sure to come before 10 pm. The place also seems devoid of self serve condiments
I ordered inside a 1/4 pounder w/cheese and a small fry to go. It was ready in less than 2 minutes, and the meat was cool to the touch, could only eat 3 bites had to pitch it the fry's were good. 🤨 I thought they were made fresh when you order them.

Ordered from person( not screen). Chicken sandwich= piece of chicken between 2 buns, that's it! want mayo?Lettuce? All extra.Thanks for letting me know AFTER I got the order!

6:45 I'm the am and the kids wanted breakfast. Girl at the speaker had me and the kids absolutely rolling while we ordered. She made us glad we got up extra early to get breakfast. Kids get theirs and eat on the way. Only to get home and find the forgot mine. They get 3 stars because of their hilari
Food was good but the Sprite was really awful. Usually McDonald’s has amazing Sprite. This stuff tasted like bitter carbonated water. Maybe there was something wrong with the drink machine.
Almost had a a/c vent land on my head while ordering at the cashier. Close call. But food was good. Quick service
