Mcdonald's

Today’s service was beyond inadequate on several levels. The staff that were working this evening had no care of costumer service and their poor behavior has caused me to think twice before returning to this location. First the order was taken wrong, down to trying to serve the wrong order to giving cold fries down to saying “I can’t give my name” when I asked for it. He also went onto say they don’t wear name tags. I’m almost positive corporate would not appreciate how 3 of their employees working drive through behaving in such a way. These particular staff needs a lesson on open honest communication/learning how to properly listen and good costumer service. The young man pretending to be a manger should be fired. He was a white male, dark brown hair, wears eye glasses, has facial hair (needed to be shaved), 5ft 7in or so and weighing in about 150-160ibs, Late teens early 20’s. This guy had no sense of character. He clearly had no problem lying. This guy was a pathetic person to represent the McDonald’s restaurant. Future more I would terminate his position immediately! This also took place 8/17/2020 at 6:18pm to be exact!!

It kind of grosses me out how they can all not wear masks when we are in a pandemic. I mean i guess its fair because most fast food restaurants have employees who stop wearing their mask because its the night shift, but if you are the only mcdonalds in jackson that is open 24 hours you are going toa ttract customers, no doubt about it. The food was very good and they have very friendly staff i just feel uncomfortable seeing them prepare other peoples food with no masks on, and cough, sneeze, etc. the food could get contaminated.
