I love this McDonald's because there is always drama. Someone getting fired? You'll hear about it while eating your fries. Someone give Jan the herps? Oh, you'll know. It's just a fun experience. Bring your kids, they'll love it.

The person taking our order from the speaker, he made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. The next window when the lady took my card she had an attitude and that just ugh, made me feel so mad. then when i got my food there was dirt on the bag of my hamburger. THEN I ORDERED A DR.PEPPER AND THEY GAVE ME DIET COKE!!!!! I am unbelievably, mad, disappointed, i feel disrespected. i cant not believe how bad this place is!

Service was quick (because they weren't busy at 7:30pm) but sandwiches were cold, no salt on fries, no napkins in bag. Should have followed my instinct and made dinner at home.

This is the second time I’ve gone inside and the place is absolutely disgusting!! The floors are very slippery from grease and the counters and tables are a mess, nothing wiped down. Yesterday was a joke horrible service while watching managers be rude to other customers. Place needs a major overhaul! 0 out of 10

All I asked for was a refund for not having half my order was told they would only refund that part then I was yelled at by the manager on duty
Tried to complain to the phone number on the receipt mail box was full

Finally, a McDonald's in town worth going to!!! They were fairly busy, but got me in and out in a timely fashion. They were polite. The fries were hot and crispy. And the burger was assembled correctly. This location has renewed my faith in fast food.

Stopped for a quick drink...not sure what took so long or why I couldn't get it without ice.

Got a lrg Strawberry banana smoothie with my order.
1. Wasn't filled all the way, should of just gotten a medium!
2. Was super icey..felt the ice in my throat while drinking!
3. Tasted like old coffee! Not even a smoothie!
So upset about it, so I tried to call to see if the manager could replace it. NO ANSWER! Called number on the receipt, NO ANSWER!
IM SO SICK OF NOT GETTING WHAT I ORDERED. DONT GO HERE, GO TO AIRPORT MCDONALDS. Might be a drive, but so worth it!
