Frequent shopper here. Friendly staff. Opportunities: Service needs work, drive through is very slow and coffee is inconsistent. It’s not uncommon to spend 15 minutes waiting in the drive up. Coffee is made correctly 80% of the time but that 20% rate of error is unfortunate.
Biggby coffee is amazing! I'm not a specialty coffee person so I don't know the details of ordering. The staff assisted me and I got the perfect cup of coffee!

I went to their store on 12/12/21 to purchase a gift card. I ended up getting a gift card that was registered to someone else. I have tried to call the store all day long and their phone is left off the hook. This needs to be taken care of. I have called the corporate office with really no help. Ver
I ordered a mocha mocha with skim with an extra shot of expresso. What I got was a nice hot chocolate. Not sure they misunderstood what I ordered in drive through or what. Disappointed to say the least. Could also have been a touch warmer. Must say Chelsea store does a much better job.
