The new arrangement inside, Covid friendly, is a super improvement. The staff and service was 100% improved, was reasonable on delivery and dining room was clean. A fresh improvement as well. I'm going back, . . To get a shake !

The food was awesome as always, and it was a good deal. The workers could stand to be a little nicer, and they definitely need to put in new speakers for the drive through. They can never hear me ordering, and I can't hear them either. It's very frustrating.

This place is less than typical fast food mediocre. I wanted to order a burger with bacon. They had run out of bacon. I wanted sweet tea. They were out of sweet tea. I sat with an empty drink almost the entire time I was there. I ordered a shake, and got it in a small to-go cup instead of the traditional tall shake glass that they are known for. I hope this was an off day for them, but it didn't seem to be.

Stopped in for a casual pre-movie burger and shake. As always the food was spot on and the shakes are always the best part! I will say it was a bit slower service than normal but honestly for being able to come in and sit down it was worth a few extra minutes of waiting.

Steak n shake is Jackson has gone to no waitresses! They had 2 girls working behind the counter and 1 guy delivering you food. That's it! I liked the waitresses! I won't be going there in Jackson anymore. And they offer 24 meal under $4. Well my double burger was$5.89. Any other steak n shake was under $4. The menu was on the was. It was a short menu. It didn't show every thing. It offered 4 burgers. It has gone to just another fast food joint.

It needs better customer service. The lady who took my order in the drive thru was not friendly at all. Then we waited a good 15-20 min at the window waiting for our food. When they finally handed us our food they never said sorry for the wait or anything smh. A smile and a few kind words goes a long way! Always stay humble and kind!
